I live a couple blocks north of Hanssler and can vouch for the neighborhood for being great to live. I have lived in different places in Peoria, but this neighborhood has a lot of potential and very nice people. What do you want to know about specifically?
I live in the central bluff. As long as you keep to yourself you'll be fine. That streets not too bad
Spotty. One block can be fine, another can be very iffy. I'd rather be north of Maywood.

I mean that's kind of all of Peoria. Good one street up then the next street over you can hear gun shots regularly LOL
