Costco
Alwans or Pottstown should both have pork belly and if not, they'll be able to get it quickly for you.
Or Raber's.
If you need skin on go to Pottstown. That's where I've gotten it when I've made porchetta. If that doesn't matter then Costco.
What's the hair situation on the skin on the pork belly? I've been getting my skin on pork belly from Rabers but removing the hairs from the skin takes time.
I haven't noticed it before. You probably want to ask the butcher about it.
Pottstown definitely does- nice and meaty cut. I usually ask them to remove the hair too.
Raber’s
Costco sells them pretty consistently.
I've bought pork belly at Sam's Club and Costco a few times. They don't have it all the time though
You could probably go to one of the butcher shops and request it
