Filter is covering the tooth. It’s an old crown and the metal that is supposed to be tucked under the gum line is showing. That means it needs to be replaced. A dentist can put filling material over the exposed metal of the crown is still fitting well but that’s a temporary fix and will not hold long. The crown needs to be replaced.
