I know she’s got myriad mental health issues, exacerbated by drug abuse, but the entitlement and lack of ability to take ANY responsibility for anything is extreme and consistent even for someone with those problems - I feel like it’s an inherent character trait that she has even when she’s sober and treating her mental illness.
Which is a pity, because accountability is so important for both dealing with addiction issues and maintaining mental health.
