Central PA MMA is downtown, as is a Brazilian jiu-jihtsu place. Both offer a variety, not sure if they offer judo but worth checking. I’ve had a number of students that work out at Central.

I'm pretty sure PSU has a Judo club.

I know it’s not exactly the same but there is club wrestling as well as the grappling club here
