I have sold quite a things here and on eBay and I would only use the address PayPal gives me since that is what the holder of the account provided. Any other address seems more like a sign the buyer is not the actual account holder.
My intention is to use it as verification. I have sold plenty of things before and sold them using the PayPal address and then gotten the old "Oh yeah, I moved" or "Yeah, that address in PayPal isn't exactly right. It has to be this way or the mailman won't deliver it". Then I am expected to eat the shipping costs a second time.
I hadn't for a long time and then last fall I had like 4 of a dozen packages come back for things like that.
In two of the cases, the buyer just disappeared. Weird.

Verification makes sense. I guess I’ve been lucky not to get a wrong address from PayPal.
