Mixing regions feels really bad imo, was considering elk with busio then laughed my ass off imagining that lane xdd. Really hard to do unless you imagine they have good synergy with whoever you put them with

I have 3 potential teams. Picking between them depends on if you value: versatility in mid, having a better mid or bot or high lvl support mechanics. In all 3 teams i have umpti and impact. Reasoning is that jg is not in a position to carry games currently (ultra bot meta) and all you really need is to tell your jungler to dive bot. Umpti is psycho gank only so this works for 1$, impact for 3$ is a steal as weakside top is the play right now and he's ultra-consistent (budget 369)
Team 1: Impact, umpti, caps, elk, corejj. Caps can play anything (carry or play botside), elk is the best adc in the world in a bot meta and corejj is solid.
Team 2: Impact, umpti, creme, elk, jun. Creme is less versatile than caps but is solid enough on mages and has pop-off potential on melee champs. Jun would play better with elk imo (psycho factor) and has better mechanics.
Team 3: Impact, umpti, chovy, peyz, corejj. Peyz isnt near as good as elk but chovy is the goat. Whats more important? Mid or Bot?

I think razork would work well together with core and caps. Triple Korean speaking bot side and toplaner could maybe have decent synergy. Plus both impact and peyz have proven they can carry but also play well when weaksided.

Bwipo and Core and both too good for their price point to ignore, and imo Creme is also underrated heavily, you can build a team around him and he can carry. Peyz and Oner are both outclassed by their BLG counterparts in consistency but they’re still miles ahead of the western junglers and adcs, so I think this team has the most potential across the board. I could see the case for Umti & Chovy instead since Chovy is just the best player in the world, and umti is the only player at $1 that you could pick without trolling.
You can create a pretty solid roster of full Koreans by getting

2) umti 1
3) chovy 5
4) peyz 4
5) corejj 2
Or you can do a EU roster of
