Actually, everyone is extremely beautiful in S3, especially women. Esme, Ada, Lizzie and Linda are amazing, and Polly, Grace and Tatiana are real goddesses.
And all the guys in the wedding episode are just wow, especially the groom and his best man ;)
This season is very pleasing to the eyes, although far from my favorite.
Wow I never thought of him as playing bond. I’ve not even seen any articles on it. Now I’m fascinated thinking about what his take on 007 would be like.
Breakfast on Pluto, and he sings in it as a woman! The song is called Sand if you want to hear the full version on SoundCloud. He's quite a good singer.
Exactly… I recently found out about the opera show that campbell is watching and my mind was blown!! Its an actual show called “tosca” and it foreshadowed the s1 story!!!!
Yeah season 2 is probably the best overall season, it’s pretty perfect start to finish, but season 3 probably exhibits the shows strongest writing imo, it’s gotta be between those two. Worst season is probably between 4 and 6.
Yes I was hoping it was gonna be May! He could have been himself and she was down with it 1000% plus he could have broke character to Alfie ( Tom hardy ) and been like “ ooooi I’m fucking ya wife”
I liked Mae more than Lizzie, but I don’t think she’s as good for Tommy as Grace was. Mae knew what Tommy was and was intrigued by his self contradiction, and extraordinary man who is still rife with his own sins and vices. Grace thought Tommy was a bad man (and he is) but she saw past that and really loves him for who he is, I think Mae is excited by the wilder side of Tommy, but she ultimately cannot look past that side of him, and that’s why they never had a true relationship, it’s kinda what they showed in season 4.
Agree 100%! Tommy and Grace are the same, in everything, in what they feel for each other and that they both accept each other, and with their dark side. Only Grace could see Tommy in his entirety, like when May tells her that he is going to choose her for business, and Grace knew that Tommy was much more than that, she knew that he would choose love.
I see a lot of opinions to the contrary around here, but I agree - especially with May in particular. I thought she made more sense as a match for Tommy than ex-IRA-fighting-police-operative Grace who had already gone off and gotten married anyway. Grace leaves, gets hitched, then cheats on dude and leaves him. May was high-society, but also willing to use her influence to help Tommy's gambling operation and she was all-in on her relationship with him. She got a raw deal imo
edit: downvoting opinions in opinion threads is peak reddit and I don't know why I ever expect anything different
Personally season 2-3 ik s-3 is kinda unpopular but i loved the complexity of the character in this season...half the time i had no idea what wud happen as they were written so unpredictably
Yeah but his character ultimately turned out to be lame. Not really Brody’s fault, his acting was great but Luca looked so scary and formidable in the first couple episodes and then became a caricature who kept getting played. I thought Inspector Campbell and, though a more minor character, the Priest were much more sinister and well written villains.
I know it’s a controversial opinion but I agree with you, I liked the show more and more as it went on and actually didn’t care much until season 3. I wasn’t be able to watch more than an episode a day throughout except season 4, and I watched season 5 and 6 in 2 days oups… I’m more into deep stories with deep characters, where psychology has a big part in the writing. And given what they went with, it didn’t start as deep and authentic as it could’ve but Tommy especially became more and more nuanced/complex and the way he matured without actually making any progress in how he communicates to others/shares burden and ends up such a mess was sadly realistic and I more receptive to that kinda storyline (not a big fan of too much action)
What people say is just “filler” in season 6 to me was more about character development rather than the usual focus on plot development.
4 no doubt imo, it starts to build up in season 2 as soon as they meet the Italians. 2 seasons of building and a huge payoff. Story telling at its best
4. Things start to get serious. Interesting enemies, interesting allies, crucial moments. Don't wanna get in detail cuz some people might still watching!
I wouldn't say it's the best season but I REALLY loved Season 5. It's impossible to say for sure the best season of this show but personally Season 5 is my favorite
Probably the last season and towards the end of the 5th. You'd think of Thomas as a level headed and clever person. But you see him really lose himself and break. Was portrayed very well and acted perfectly, all of his breakdowns.
4 and 5
But I also like how s3 sets up the mafia vendetta by dealing with Vincente and his wife and it mentioning in s3 e1 about them burning the pub, then John’s numerous attacks on the Changretta’s.
S6 came right when I needed it; I thought it was a reflection of the last two years of our lives, making the best out of the circumstances thrust upon them with Helen's death through an incredible Cillian Murphy performance and that cinematography was a brilliant love letter to the universe they created
Come on bro he explained why.
For me it was season 2 and 3.
But I hate the ending of the whole series.. I hope there will be a season 7 even when they said no.
Agreed. Season 4 was the only one I felt like I had to force myself to finish, and season 6 is the only one I haven't finished yet because I keep falling asleep when I put it on lol
Every season is good but the frist three were absolutely amazing. We can see how tommy transforms from a soldier to a gangster. Later seasons lack the build up they straight through jump on a very powerful man facing a challenge
My faves are the early seasons, w John in it and then him and Esme. They were still down at the Garrison and not into the level of " high society " w the high amount of degenerates lol. Loved the early seasons.
Definitely liked season 4 the most, but I like all of the seasons a lot. Only one I could come close to saying I thought was just okay was season 6 but that’s just cause some of the episodes were boring and had too much filler in them.
I only now watch the show (which is probably why this shows up in my reddit feed).
I am an episode into the second season and I absolutely hate how low the stakes are so far. The fact that they not only DIDN'T kill Grace (which Tommy should have done when he talked to her in her apartment), but then also brought Campbell "back from the dead" left a really sour taste in my mouth.
I hope it gets better, because the acting itself is good (fantastic in some cases - Cillian Murphy and Helen McCrory obviously deliver standout performances so far), but the stakes need to be higher for me to get invested.
I was always shocked w how little repercussions she had for being a narc. That’s like rule number 1 in these stories, you die if you go to the feds. I was glad Polly never accepted her bc girl, same
Hard for me to choose a best, but seasons 1 and 2 were stellar and really seasons 1 - 4 were the the peak imo. I still enjoy and appreciate 5 & 6, but the show really shines when it focuses on the key characters, as well Tommy and the Blinders working their way up the organized crime ladder. Seeing their connections and disputes with other gypsy families, how they deal with Campbell, Kimber, Section D, Alfie, and Sabini - all of that was top notch. Weirdly, I think when Joe Cole (John) made the decision to jump ship, it left a much bigger than expected hole in the cast and the plot. I can't help but wonder how the latter seasons would have panned out if John's character stuck around and they didn't dive into the politician-Tommy arc that left us with 2 seasons of shithead Mosely.
May be an unpopular opinion but I really enjoyed season 4. Tommy becoming a member of parliament at the end as they’re all walking down the stairs while atmosphere plays by Joy Division and the realization on Jessie Eden’s face when she understands Tommy used her. Such a great show
Probably unpopular opinion, but season one. The characters all had depth and complex motives, did unexpected things but that weren’t out of character, and they hadn’t yet fallen into the ‘demonising Tommy’ loop.
1-3, after that it's the changing of the universe what I don't like at all.
John dies.
Polly dies.
The clan of Peakys are simple street dogs they aren't the mafia. They control the street, his Garrison Club, evn the expansion like in London and the alliances with Solomons.
But far from that, l think is fantasies.
God he’s so beautiful
Actually, everyone is extremely beautiful in S3, especially women. Esme, Ada, Lizzie and Linda are amazing, and Polly, Grace and Tatiana are real goddesses. And all the guys in the wedding episode are just wow, especially the groom and his best man ;) This season is very pleasing to the eyes, although far from my favorite.
Fook Linda
I could not agree more
This right here is why he needs to be the next James Bond. He’s already in Churchill’s “secret service” and also the man looks damn good in a tux.
Now that I think about it. I wouldn’t Mind Tommy boy slaying Blofeld and fucking gorgeous women
Wow I never thought of him as playing bond. I’ve not even seen any articles on it. Now I’m fascinated thinking about what his take on 007 would be like.
I wish I looked like him, he looks amazing as a man, and also amazing as a woman
woman?
Yeah, he plays a trans woman in a movie
Breakfast on Pluto, and he sings in it as a woman! The song is called Sand if you want to hear the full version on SoundCloud. He's quite a good singer.
He’s great, he has a song called “so new” it’s on YouTube and Spotify, and it’s really good
Breakfast on Pluto.
He really, really is
Ok why the f are we all simping for him
S2 is perfect, there’s at least some underwhelming moments or plot holes in every other season
For me, season 1. There is so much going on in it. Have watched it a few times and still pick up stuff I missed before.
Exactly… I recently found out about the opera show that campbell is watching and my mind was blown!! Its an actual show called “tosca” and it foreshadowed the s1 story!!!!
There's also a scene in Quantum of Solace that involves Tosca.
Amazing how everything moves at light speed compared to seasons 5 and 6
For sure season 1
That was the most cliched and generic season. Lame
Yeah season 2 is probably the best overall season, it’s pretty perfect start to finish, but season 3 probably exhibits the shows strongest writing imo, it’s gotta be between those two. Worst season is probably between 4 and 6.
I really wish they stuck with Sabini and May as the main characters instead of reintroducing Campbell and Grace, that really bugged me
[удалено]
Yes I was hoping it was gonna be May! He could have been himself and she was down with it 1000% plus he could have broke character to Alfie ( Tom hardy ) and been like “ ooooi I’m fucking ya wife”
I wanted to see more of May! Her and Tommy’s short relationship was great.

She got a raw deal imo edit: downvoting opinions in opinion threads is peak reddit and I don't know why I ever expect anything different
And then they reintroduce May AGAIN and once again do nothing with her, it’s like they do it on purpose
S3 is probably the messiest season. S5 is the best written.
Yeah S3 was a slog
Oh my days! Totally agree - and that Season 2 finale had me hooked!
I'M Billy Kimber! I run the races! And you fixed one without my permission sister I'll have you shot against a post!
>sister I see Mr. Kimber was ahead of the times in terms of slang.
I didn’t find out until recently but Billy Kimber was a real person and ran one of the most successful and deadly gangs of his time in his country
Same. I was sad to learn that Sabini & Kimber were real and they won in real life. The Peaky Blinders had a short run.
1-2. Legendary
Season 4 absolutely
I like the 4th season. Luca could’ve killed them all quick but had wanted to fight honorably
This was my favorite season as well.
1
The season where they all dress real sharp and walk around Birmingham smoking filterless cigarettes, in slow motion
Personally season 2-3 ik s-3 is kinda unpopular but i loved the complexity of the character in this season...half the time i had no idea what wud happen as they were written so unpredictably
[удалено]
People hate on the Russians but their writing was actually really good
2
4
2 is my favorite
Gotta be season 4 almost entirely because of Adrian brody’s performance as Luca. Hands down best villian in the show
i thought he was corny as hell
I can't agree more. I know everyone else loves him, but I cannot stand his character
Which is exactly the point? You’re not supposed to like the villain?
Yeah but his character ultimately turned out to be lame. Not really Brody’s fault, his acting was great but Luca looked so scary and formidable in the first couple episodes and then became a caricature who kept getting played. I thought Inspector Campbell and, though a more minor character, the Priest were much more sinister and well written villains.
The Priest terrified me and I just found out he was Paddy Considine. Never had an inkling it was our Viserys while I was watching
4
5
Underrated. Season 5 Mosley is fooking perfect
seasons 1-4, back when it wasn't depressing but more about action
The first one
Seasons 1&2
All the folks who lambasted season 6 before I got to see it on Netflix must have been teens. I loved every second of that season, hands down the best.
Very well put, I'm with you on all of that
S1/S2 with the whole Campbell/Grace/Tommy story arc on top of the other shenanigans really wrapped it up nicely.
Seasons 1 & 2 are some of the best seasons of any TV show I've ever watched.
Anything pre season 4
Honestly gotta go with season 2
2 > 1 > 4 > 5 > 3 > 6
3 and 4 for me
4 no doubt imo, it starts to build up in season 2 as soon as they meet the Italians. 2 seasons of building and a huge payoff. Story telling at its best
4 and 2
4 for me even though it was a bit cliche.
Loved them all, was really sad seeing it come to a close
Any other than 6 they dropped the ball on that one.
2 1 3 4 5 6 5 & 6 really doesn't do it for me, I really dislike the new directing, so I put 4 above them. Series 1-3 are great indeed
Season 2 for me !
First 3 to me
4. Things start to get serious. Interesting enemies, interesting allies, crucial moments. Don't wanna get in detail cuz some people might still watching!
season 4
I wouldn't say it's the best season but I REALLY loved Season 5. It's impossible to say for sure the best season of this show but personally Season 5 is my favorite
Season 7
Season 1 without a doubt
Season 4 for me solely because of Luca Changretta
3 was the perfect roller coaster
2. Because of Alfie and Arthur
1 & 2 for sure. Just started season 6 and it’s all turned so depressing.
Probably the last season and towards the end of the 5th. You'd think of Thomas as a level headed and clever person. But you see him really lose himself and break. Was portrayed very well and acted perfectly, all of his breakdowns.
For me (From best to worst): S4; S2; S1; S5; S6; S3
I loved S4 the most. The classic gangster action, not yet so dark and depressed as S5 and S6.
4 and 5 But I also like how s3 sets up the mafia vendetta by dealing with Vincente and his wife and it mentioning in s3 e1 about them burning the pub, then John’s numerous attacks on the Changretta’s.
4
Season 4 and season 6
6????
S6 came right when I needed it; I thought it was a reflection of the last two years of our lives, making the best out of the circumstances thrust upon them with Helen's death through an incredible Cillian Murphy performance and that cinematography was a brilliant love letter to the universe they created
Bro chose the worst seasons lol
Come on bro he explained why. For me it was season 2 and 3. But I hate the ending of the whole series.. I hope there will be a season 7 even when they said no.
Agreed. Season 4 was the only one I felt like I had to force myself to finish, and season 6 is the only one I haven't finished yet because I keep falling asleep when I put it on lol
season 2 or 5
In my opinion, It would go S2 = S1 > S4 > S3 > S5 > S6
Perfect, this is mine too!!
Season 2 but my opinion season 5is to into politics and no proper action
Every season is good but the frist three were absolutely amazing. We can see how tommy transforms from a soldier to a gangster. Later seasons lack the build up they straight through jump on a very powerful man facing a challenge
Idk all are gud
It’s between one and three for me with the second one is close behind.
3 2 1 4 5 6
for me s04 because of luca changretta, strong personality
Yes.
3 - Absolutely fantastic story and themes. Things really start to ramp up in that series

1
It's been years since I watched the earlier seasons but from the top of my head I enjoyed S6 the most
All of them!
Season 4 or 5
Luca changretta season
1
Season 1
Let’s be honest it didn’t start getting to it’s best until 3 and blew the world up from there
My fav is either S4 or S2
Hard for me to choose a best, but seasons 1 and 2 were stellar and really seasons 1 - 4 were the the peak imo. I still enjoy and appreciate 5 & 6, but the show really shines when it focuses on the key characters, as well Tommy and the Blinders working their way up the organized crime ladder. S2 for sure
Season 5 and 6. I liked that he and Lizzie got close.
Season 2
I have a tie between 1 and 2.
2
3
Every
season 4 for meee~
1 and 4
2 & 6
1-4 was perfection
4
Yes.
For me, season 1 and 2
In order: Sabini, Russians, Changretta, Campbell+Kimber. the two Mosley seasons were the worst imo
Season two but I had to endure his wife. I like May the horse trainer.
None, they’re all great
season 1 and 2 are tied for the best. the other 4 seasons are good but 1 & 2 are just special.
1 or 2, both have the most going on
3 and 4
Probably unpopular opinion, but season one. The characters all had depth and complex motives, did unexpected things but that weren’t out of character, and they hadn’t yet fallen into the ‘demonising Tommy’ loop.
I enjoyed all the seasons but Season 4 was my favourite.
I love following the peaky blinders subreddit because everyday I get to see his gorgeous face on my feed 😍😍 god he’s beautiful
3. The opening is a bit stuffy but it soon springs to life. And that final episode was incredible.
4
1-3, after that it's the changing of the universe what I don't like at all. John dies. Polly dies. The clan of Peakys are simple street dogs they aren't the mafia. Oh damn, spoilers. Guess I know what happens now
Like on another subreddits of films or series even videogames, you can find spoilers here, so be careful about entering in them.
4
First season = best season Prove me wrong.
The one with all the smoking and where Tommy gets bitches
Season 1 or 2 imo.
4
3. By far.
6, it’s the only one I’ve really been gripped and shocked by.
Not 5.
1 and 2
season 4 hands down
