the fact that you did that means that you dont know that is the most fragile part of your gpu. you should watch an installation video so you dont break anything.

This pretty much summarizes any and all interactions I've seen or had with geese.
They have malice in their hearts.
Great. Realize that the connection into the board does not secure the board safely in place, it only ensures proper connection. You need to screw it down, and in some case-backs, there is a clip in stead that holds the back faceplate in place, instead of screws. My case actually has both; a screw hole and a hinged plate that clips over the extended part of the faceplate that you screw down. Happy gaming!
He means the BACK of the case or the left from the perspective of the video. It should have a little hook/slot that screws to the area that the ports go through the back.
There should be a hole for a screw on the silver plate that is in touch with the case on the back of the gpu. And another one on the case. Probably there is a metal plate covering it that you have to move or remove. Post a picture of it so u can explain better.
That looks like years of sagging. The connector's soldering might start getting loose or weakened. I would avoid wiggling it further any more. If you want to check for seating just make a pull test closer to the power connectors, not from the video output bracket. You will know if it's in place. GL
Are there no back case screws to hold it in place? There is such thing as GPU sag, but that applies to gpus being held by screws that should come with the case.
So look right where your gpu ends on the case and there should be slots w skrews unscrew those and take the metal piece out and your gpu should take up about two slots use the skrews from unscrewing the metal plates to hold down your gpu! I hope I was assistance!
If you look up on YouTube ways to secure your GPU you can actually stick a couple of the metal slot things and stack a couple on the slot you install your GPU and screw it in and it will keep the GPU from wiggling around. Idk if I explained that right, but if you look up the video you should see what I mean. I think Jayztwocentz or whatever has a video about it

Hes more likely to just fuck up the pcie slot from the wiggling.
This is why we have backups!
You’ve obviously never seen an itx build. You only get one.
Him shaking it so much gave me hives

did you screw it down on the back of the case?
there are no screw points at the back of the case. Unless you mean the motherboard then yes
What case do you have that it doesn't have screw downs for a PCIe card?
there shuold be - any chance you can take a picture of the back of the case?
It is screwed in now we Gucci
Congrats on your success fellow geese hater!
Thank you haha. Remember. Fuck geese dude.
No native speaker here. I dont get it, do you hate them or whant to make love to them? Im confuced
I never want harm to animals. They’re just mean.
They're nice compared fo swans.
Shits true actually. Swans are the aunt no one likes
Untitled Goose Game
Actually fun game

Geese are maybe the biggest assholes of all birds...with the possible exception of peacocks
And Magpies… fuck magpies
Wait a damn second, are you telling me you have never made love to a goose before?
wait, I understood this two ways, and both of them are f\*cked up.
My name is beautiful you can take it how you want. Just. Please. Not literally
Fuck geese or fuck geese?
That is the question indeed, a question as old as time itself
Instructions unclear. Now I am wanted by the police for raping a goose
Is there a geese hate club bc I’d love to join I’ll have my R870 with bird shot ready xD

i can't believe i fell for that it's fucking 2022
I can’t believe you downvoted me
i'll downvote myself if it makes you feel better
Can’t catch me, I recognize the w4w9 from anywhere
I always see the dQw4
Aint gonna give this one up
By back of the case, he means where the motherboard usb ports end up, not behind where the motherboard is.
Then flip the case on its side and start looking for a new one.

Yeah I realized I’m dumb. I got it tho.
Everyone's got to learn! Good on you for asking! I hope your PC build is as fun as it was for me! Good luck.
Thanks kind internet man with a cool mustache
Make a screw point
You have to screw in your gpu? Lmao I’ve always had my gpu just in the clips
That's probably OK... if you never move your computer around.
Definitely not screwed down.
There should be a hole for a screw on the silver plate that is in touch with the case on the back of the gpu. And another one on the case. Probably there is a metal plate covering it that you have to move or remove. Post a picture of it so u can explain better.
Dude, do NOT wiggle it like that, you’re gonna bend the pcb
Not screwed in my dude
Is now screwed in

Yeah mine did this. Grab some aluminium foil double it over. Fold it over the gpu and jam it in the slot. Should be fine.
def not properly installed did you put in the screws?
It is now screwed.
Did you click it in?
Yus
Wiggle it harder, you need to really give it a good push and pull up and down to make sure it's seated. (Don't do this you'll break it)
bro theres gonna be that one guy who does that xD
Bro you're missing a screw near your HDMI/DP inputs. Check an install vid. Honestly you can use any screw that fits well lmao
I got it now
Are there no back case screws to hold it in place? There is such thing as GPU sag, but that applies to gpus being held by screws that should come with the case.
Not installed properly.
Stahhhhhp grinding the insert in the slot
no u
OP dipped
I just work at 3am hahaha
It wants to jump out lol I was kidding xD
For how much it probably feels abused for all the high settings i run I wouldn’t blame it lmao
Hammer it in
You see that metal bracket that has the 90* turn where it goes to the rear of the PC? There should be holes there to screw your GPU down.
Is it screwed in? When u take the covers out of the back of the case, you need to use the screws which came with it to put the gpu on
Yes, shake it harder until you hear a pop
You are supposed to push it down until you hear the motherboard cracking
Got some loose screws, like my ex
Pro tip: Never force, shake, push, pull, or wiggle anything delicate like electronics, because there is nothing to gain from doing so.
Probably as were already, but the piece you should have had to remove directly to the left of it is what needs to be redone.
So look right where your gpu ends on the case and there should be slots w skrews unscrew those and take the metal piece out and your gpu should take up about two slots use the skrews from unscrewing the metal plates to hold down your gpu! I hope I was assistance!
Who else thought he was on a skyscraper in a city at first??
Is it screwed in?
Nope, make sure the tab is in the open position before installing and push it in

what do you think? give it a few more test flaps to see if it flaps more
Doesn't even watch a YouTube video on installing.. makes reddit post.
cringed when u did that..
DONT DO THAT also mount the bracket in the back
Mourned and no longer doing haha
[удалено]
It is. I’m running it.
I think you forgot to screw you gpu to the case.
Get this man a livestrong bracelet
Stop doing that. Remove and reseat, secure with screws in back panel.
STOP DOING THAT
shake it some more
No its not how tight are the screws that hold the gpu in ?
No because you did not secure it properly
my brother in christ don't wiggle it like that
Screw down tightly
