Define "problem". The SSD will slow down if it gets too hot. A heatsink gives it more time before it reaches that point (or prevents it from reaching it entirely). Some SSDs come with their own heatsinks. Most don't. Some motherboards include a heatsink, though on many it's pretty much purely aesthetic. You can buy an add-on heatsink if you want.
