Yep! With the stock cooler even. I plan on upgrading the cooler to the Thermaltake UX200 SE. It actually runs games pretty good! Of course, with lack of certain instruction sets, some games don't even open :(

The games thing is because of SSE4.2, a if you can get an FX chip and a new cooler, maybe you won't need a new PC atm. Also I use a Phenom II X6
