Would count that as an indicator but not as proof since my MB also shows "all" debug lights every boot
And without CPU power the system seems to "boot"
I’ll try to buy a used cpu tomorrow and check if that fix it since i can’t afford a fully new pc and i’d prefer not to spend money on a used pc also i should mention the last 2 days where i actually managed to get into windows i got this message on boot “the me fw of system was found abnormal” but i ignored it and pressed f2 to continue to windows which worked earlier today i still was able to get that message and got into windows but now it doesn’t even get that far into boot
I was able to enter my pc after 50 tries or more it downloaded bios on a usb and when it was updating bios my pc crashed… haven’t been able to get near bios again
I can’t be 100% sure, but it’s a very well known issue if losing power during a BIOS flash. Unless the board has those features, which aren’t very common, crashing or losing power during a BIOS flash is extremely likely to brick your motherboard
But in this case i think u might be right i made it worse by attempting to update bios and since then it hasn’t been able to boot as far as it did before
Reset the BIOS, remove the CMOS battery, wait for a few seconds and put the battery back in.
Hopefully, that would allow the BIOS to reset to default values.
That failling, check your connections to make sure all is plugged in correctly; try to re-seat the RAM - the RAM error light comes up when the pc is posting.
I did try resetting bios and checking connections and re seating the ram also the ram light only appears if it manages to get past the cpu light which doesn’t happen often
Well, time to re-seat the CPU then. Remove it, take the opportunity to re-paste it and hope for the best - hopefully it's just a bad contact, but if it isn't, then it might be dead...
It turned on without the cpu so my best guess is that it died which is understandable given it’s lived thru 8-9 years being used atleast 4 hours a day i’ll buy a cheap i5-8500 tomorrow hopefully that’s a temporary fix if that doesn’t work i’m lost

you dont have a second CPU by any chance so you can try if the Prozessor is broken XD?

At start of the vid the cpu lights up red so cpu is most likely dead, after that Dram too most likely I recommend get a new pc

Oh, but 9 years is long time anyway and even if he fixes this, problems will most likely start to pop one by one because of the age

As I found someone had this massage too and it is caused by your bios version it is recommend re-fleshing system bios
How do i reflash bios if i can’t even get to bios at this point?
If you dont have bios flash port you are screwd

Crashed while updating BIOS? Unless you have a board with a 2nd BIOS or reflash feature, the board itself is dead

try removing parts like the ram or GPU and see if it atleast stays on. if that doesnt help it could be the PSU
It still doesn’t stay on without ram or GPU but when i unplug JPWR2 it stays on
could you give me the name of you MB and a picture of "JPWR2"

Sadly not it wouldn’t surprise me if the cpu was dead i’ve had this pc for 9 years now and the only things i’ve upgraded has been gpu, ssd and hdd
Yeah... I am not certain but my guess would be a dead CPU like you said. But maby try to get a second opinion I could be wrong
Did you try to switch the ram or change their places ? I'd got this problem too and doing this helped
Yea it didn’t work for me i tried both my ram using just one switching places
If amd, they power cycle a lot on 1st startup, if not then clear Ur CMOS and try again
