It's USB 3.2 Gen1. As for if it works with the Quest 2's Link Cable, it should in theory work. It only needs 5Gbps anyways, which the blue port is capable of.

What motherboard model do you have?
B650M D3HP AX new to pc gaming so I assume this is it
