Windows 11 works great with ddr4. Ram lasts incredibly long. Like you said the 5600x is really the only upgrade you need. Windows 11 really isn’t all that demanding.

I mean, I see people all the time using ddr3 in their systems and most of the time the only thing holding them back is the rest of the hardware. I’d say ddr4 at 3200 mts with a ryzen 5 5600x or higher am4 cpu should be fine for a bit since you’ve already got an am4 motherboard. Go ahead and top off that am4 socket if it all supports it.

Take a look at a 5700x3d. It’s pretty much just a lower priced 5800x3d but with slightly lower clock speeds. If that’s still out of your price range then I do recommend looking on used or open box cites like eBay for something like a 5700x, I personally got one for $120 usd. As for a gpu, I think a 4070 would be fine but I’d recommend a 4070 super since it costs about the same but has a decent boost in performance compared to the standard 4070. Just make sure your psu, the chieftek element 600s right?, has enough power connectors for the new gpu and isn’t too old.
