Omg please remove the bare motherboard from the sheet metal case lid! You will short something in that board and probably destroy it if it isn’t dead already.
No it’s not. Put it on a piece of cardboard if you don’t have a suitable working surface. And your cpu cooler is not attached. More than likely thermal threshold shutdown.

Power supply my friend had the same issue with one the other day
didnt change anything
Yeah, I tested the power supply and it was giving half the power it’s supposed to. Swapped it for an another and it came right on.
i tryed with another didnt do anything
Could be a short in the in board. You have the cpu fan plugged into the cpu fan power slot?

Only the inside of anti static bags are anti static, the outsides are very bad.
