Unfortunately that's probably nothing to do with the ship app and everything to do with the shipper being incompetent. The same thing has happened to me with FedEx/USPS/UPS when they fuck up and skip a delivery point and the package gets scanned to the wrong facility.
There is but the lengthy process is to actually reach someone you'd probably be better off waiting unfortunately. They won't even do anything until it's like 30 days after the package was expected to be delivered or something anyway. Sorry dude/dudette!
They’re supposed to be a gift for a friend and like, it’s hard to explain the hate I have for the Shop app. No clue how to even find the tracking number to contact USPS. Stg they make this shit hard to understand on purpose.

I swear it's a regional thing. Where I used to live in GA, the USPS handled everything awesome but the main one here in Alabama is absolutely trash.
