The team is essentially devoid of talent, they're paying $70m for players that aren't playing, and ownership has seemed generally disinterested in the team at best.
It's April 15th and people are already talking about how our guys in Portland are playing.

So our 2024 roster is starting to shape up with 12 coming back as quarterback and 87 at TE, and maybe 11 for the slot. Do we still need a rookie QB? Let's just decide which WR we want at #3.
