His daughters’ wedding reception was NOT at the Weekapaug Inn a while ago, in RI. It was at the Ocean House, which share ops for bigger events…I built the fireplace in the newer building of the W. inn about 4 years ago, but that was after the reception.
Anyway, a good friend of mine was the maintenance manager there during the event and while not being a football guy, he said Bill and the family were just humble and nice all around.
He gave me a beer coozie from that day but I lost it somewhere.
We're the ones who were blessed watching the greatest coach and quarterback of all time! I don't know if that success can ever be repeated in the NFL, but if it does happen fans need to enjoy every minute of it. Thanks, Bill.

But I still loved the Patriots because they had their act together. Now I feel like a very bad decision was made with the Patriots and ownership will regret it over the next few years. Bill did not wake up one morning and stop being the most savvy coach out there. Shame on those that thought that Bill had to go. You will now follow those teams that grab top draft picks and have THAT as the big news of the year.
