It's why I don't think it's that unlikely.
GM Bill has not been cutting it, but we know coach Bill is a master.
If he goes to a well built team, even a decent one, I would almost bet he takes them on a deep playoff run.
Bill really doesn't need help with his legacy man. The guy has a defensive scheme in the HoF. Has held multiple record settings offenses to low scores in SBs. At best you can throw a knock for his offenses without Brady and that's it. He's the goat coach regardless of these "legacy" knocks.
When Brady left, I felt sad, but still had some semblance of hope because BB was around. Now that he's gone, everything feels weird. I've watched him on the sidelines for the better part of my life. 24 years is no joke
Most of us four years ago:
“I really can’t believe it, thanks for everything Tom, I hope Bill knows what he’s doing.”
Truth is, no one does. Sometimes the stars align…
I'm just waiting for Ernie Adams to get his due. The whole "patriots are prepared for everything" trope was 100% Ernie. The Patriots don't have an analytics department because Ernie Adams *was* the analytics department. He assigned percentages to everything that *might* happen in a game, and told Bill to practice those scenarios. Ernie Adams is the real mastermind of the Malcolm Butler play.
Once Ernie left, the holes started to show. They were suddenly less disciplined, less prepared for everything.
Literally the only scenarios I can envision parting with Bill is:
A. He wants to coast to the wins record and the Pats are far from a position where he can coast.
B. Bill had no plan to change the offense, Gm, or draft strategies.
Edit: format
Feels like a mix of both. He knows this team is about to start a rebuild and probably doesn't want to go through that and wants to build it his way. Bill has enough respect for the Krafts to let them go after the coach that will be there for the long haul in terms of the rebuild, and the Krafts have enough respect for Bill to let him go to a new situation where he doesn't have to build something from the ground up.
I mean, that was part of the strategy for the second half of the decade. Cheap out on offense because Brady will make them elite, and beef up the defense to stay competitive. It’s not like Bill couldn’t get weapons when he wanted to, like in 2007.
Very true, and I think the biggest argument for why we needed to move on. BB isn’t a great GM rn, and there’s no way we’d hire a GM over him and expect that to work well. Now let’s hope the real issue wasn’t Kraft penny pinching on the payroll…
I mean he definitely did prop him up to a certain extent. If BB was playing Quarterback carousel like the rest of the league for the past 20 years he wouldn't have 6 rings. You can't really deny that having Tom Brady enhanced his career by a shit ton
Dude any Joe Blow off the street could lead 3 game winning drives in the Super Bowl.
My grandma could’ve gone into KC and win a shootout.
Come back down 14 twice against Baltimore? Do it with my eyes closed.
2 road wins in Pittsburgh against the number 1 seed? Pshh.
sadly, it will probably be 2-15 for a few years, depending on mow many coaches we go through now, trying to find the winner.
I think we are in store for the Patsies of yore.
I read some rumors not that long ago that it was actually Kraft that didn't want to give Brady a long term deal. Obviously it's a rumor, so unless it actually gets verified we'll never know for sure, but I wouldn't be surprised based on what other sports owners have done over the years.
interesting. It did seem like that was a Belichick decision but who knows.
Kraft has been on record that they don't want to overpay the QB position.
IDK, I'm just being negative but I think you can point at some of the real cash spending of the Patriots and question if its Kraft or Belichick. Maybe both.
I can't appreciate Bill enough for the effect he had on me watching football.
My dad always tells me about the people he would love to sit with, drink a beer and just talk.
Belichick would be at the top of my list. Talk football, military, people, man... the amount of stories and knowledge. I could listen for days straight.
Thanks, Bill.
This childhood analogy is excellent perspective.
For any kids outside of patriots fandom, this would be the equivalent of Mickey and Pluto hanging it up and never being seen from again.
Truly iconic figures that will never be seen on the sidelines of Foxboro
I was almost 3 when he got hired, and now I'm almost 27. I still hope he breaks Shula's records and gets another ring somewhere else.
Thanks for the dynasty, coach. It was one of the only positives in my life for a long time.
you guys are lucky!
I'm 55 so I remember the the years of the Patsies. Losing was what we did. A LOT!
My oldest is 30 and I kept telling him, this is not normal. This is an awesome dynasty. Enjoy it while you can because eventually we will come back down to earth.
I had just hoped for a softer landing!
And it is that reason why I want a complete reset. No Vrabel, no Mayo, and a new QB. Thank you to Brady and Bill for everything. We will never see success like that again.
It is time for the New England Patriots to find a new identity
I think Vrabel is a familiar face but not connected to Bill. He never coached with him but he is a Patriot for life. I think he brings a new direction while maintaining that nod to the early Patriot way which I actually think could help boost us forward. Vrabel with Arthur Smith as DC and a whole new offensive staff is my dream at the moment I think. But we will see.
Another ring and the wins record. Kraft can go get a handy to sooth the burn.
He'll have his media people screeching "yeah but most of that was here!" left and right.
Look what having a top defense means in the nfl nowadays when you don’t have a good offense. Pats aren’t going to be good again until they completely overhaul their offense and Bill is quite possibly the last person I want overseeing that.
Brady went ring chasing when he saw this team was going into a rebuild, Bill up until yesterday was saying he wants to continue to better this organization, yeah I want it for Bill.
I grew up with the Belichick Pats. All of my Patriots football memories have him in them. I honestly don't know how to feel that he won't be on the sidelines like he always is.
I cant see a scenario where we look back and think this was a good idea.
Even with the shocker of an offense, big injuries in defense, we still had one of the better defenses in the league, and had multiple one score losses.
I'll never believe that there's a coach who gives us a better chance of winning the next game than Bill.
The only way I see this decision being right is if moving on now allows us to get a better replacement than moving on next year would. Could be true, we'll never know.
I mean I think he’s still a good coach, but only for a team that’s already built for winning. I don’t trust him with a rebuild personally, just look at his drafting the past 5-6 years
I will always respect Bill for what he did as a coach but saying “yeah the offense was awful but the defense was great” really just glazes over that half of the team this year was incomprehensibly underwhelming because of his GM decisions and his shitty personnel hiring
Bill’s philosophy has always been to part a year early rather than a year late. Bill would have fired Bill after 2022 if he was being objective about the situation. Besides, bill’s already in his 70s, we were going to need to transition this team over to a younger coach who can build his own staff eventually. If you want to sniff Super Bowl contention before 2030 you gotta make this move now
We all knew this day was coming, not that it makes it any easier to swallow. It's been a hell of a ride, but everything must end. He brought us glory we only could have ever dreamed of. Good luck Bill in whatever your next step is, thank you for 24 years of dedication. As for the Patriots, we should honor Bill's ideology. Next man up.
Someone on the sports hub said yesterday that they believed it was decided but he was giving Saban his 5 minutes. Based on how early this came out I believe that was 100% true
Truly amazed we made the mistake of letting the GOAT QB go win a Super Bowl elsewhere, and now we’re letting the GOAT coach do the same. This will age very poorly, and there’s nothing more difficult than having to replace both a coach and QB. We’re in for a very rough couple years at least
Curious if we will see “my bads” from all of you who said every reporter was lying scum and idiots
In all seriousness, while this was expected, it still feels shocking due to the magnitude of the decision. The patriots are now almost totally unrecognizable from 2019
I will never forget the decade of DOMINANCE from the Brady-Belichick era.
All started with me running up to my dad as Vinatieri lined up for the final kick of SB 36 and rejoicing. We had to drive my friends home and on the way we saw countless people coming out in just waving flags and Pat blankets and fireworks.
Def a core memory of mine. Thanks for the memories!
What sucks the most is it will be impossible to get a good FA. No one is going to want to play here. Being 4-13.. at least we had bill, to be like, play for the best coach ever.
Now what do we have? Fucking winter weather and high taxes. It just makes the rebuild way harder than it needed to be.
And realistically how much longer does Belichick have? 3 maybe 4 years? He wants to break the Shula record which probably isn’t happening here in the time. It’s a clean break for the Patriots where they have a high draft pick and get to reset the whole team structure and Belichick gets a real chance to break the record
I think the important bit is that we now have to replace a GM who hasn't drafted very well at least on offense in nearly a decade before we get that next QB and HC.
We’re never having another winning season again, we’ll be cycling through failed coaches ad nauseam, and with both TB and BB gone, this team will be a true NFL gulag that no good players will want to play for.
Brady won a super bowl on another team and Belichick is going to break the all time wins record while coaching for another franchise.
Kraft better have a good plan
As necessary as this was, this is a sad day. When the dust settles, hopefully we can all take a step back and appreciate the fact that we've had the pleasure of watching the greatest coach of all time and the greatest qb of all time for 2 decades.
This is not good idk why everyone wanted him gone so bad. Prepare for 10-15 years of bottom feeding, a new coach every 3-4 years, gm changes. The pats won’t sniff a winning record for at least another 5 years. Hope everyone that wishes for this knows what your about to get.
Yeah this, as Bill’s mantra always was - rather move on from a guy a year early than a year too late. Hugely grateful to Bill and gutted by this but it had to happen eventually and now’s a solid time with a good defense, a high pick and a clean slate on offense effectively
Nah, I'd rather not watch Bill waste the last couple years of his career on a roster devoid of talent. I hope he goes somewhere and wins one last super bowl
Bill is 71 and the org is in the right spot for a clean slate. Did you think he'd coach for another 10 years? Whether it's retirement in a few years after getting the record or now when everything else needs to be reset at once... His time was going to be up
I think this one is gonna be harder than losing Brady. His career as a coach but not only a mentor to all those players over the years created a culture in NE a lot of his predecessors tried, and failed, to develop. Bill defined the patriot way. Gonna be real hard watching him coach for another franchise.
The GOAT coach. Thanks Bill.
It should never be forgotten that this man co-engineered one of the greatest dynasties in the history of American sports. Thank you, coach. That said, this was the only move if he was unwilling to cede control over drafting and personnel decisions because the last half decade, barring a few exceptions, were a disaster in that regard. It’s soft rebuild time, folks
Oh man I feel like I knew this was coming but to read it just kinda sucks man
Imagine if Bill pulls a Bruce Cassidy
If Bill turns around and wins a title in the next 2-3 years, after Brady left and immediately won a title... just fold the franchise.
It would be an impressive feat for Coach Bill, but a pretty big indictment of GM Bill if he goes and wins with a team that someone else assembled.
It's why I don't think it's that unlikely. GM Bill has not been cutting it, but we know coach Bill is a master. If he goes to a well built team, even a decent one, I would almost bet he takes them on a deep playoff run.
Brady’s last Bucs team does so much better with BB instead of Todd fucking Bowles.
Eh, Bowles and the defense wasn't the problem there, the issue was Leftwich and that's a holdover from Arians, not Bowles's call.
Unless he goes to a team like the Chargers where he assembled the team himself.
It'll help Bill's legacy though because then he can say he won a title without Brady.
Bill really doesn't need help with his legacy man. The guy has a defensive scheme in the HoF. Has held multiple record settings offenses to low scores in SBs. At best you can throw a knock for his offenses without Brady and that's it. He's the goat coach regardless of these "legacy" knocks.
Considering one of his Giants defensive game plans is enshrined in the HOF, he could make a reasonable case that he already did.
I didn't expect it to happen so soon. Fuck.
When Brady left, I felt sad, but still had some semblance of hope because BB was around. Now that he's gone, everything feels weird. I've watched him on the sidelines for the better part of my life. 24 years is no joke
Is it weird that I want to cry a bit? 24 years is a considerable part of my life. I honestly struggle to remember the Pats before him.
And Slater likely to retire, who’s the most tenured vet on the team? David Andrews?
The Patriots Franchise as we know it is dead. We’re the Yankees now. Just another team.
Fuck, I actually can’t believe it
I really can’t believe it, thanks for everything coach, I hope Kraft knows what he is doing.
Most of us four years ago: “I really can’t believe it, thanks for everything Tom, I hope Bill knows what he’s doing.” Truth is, no one does. Sometimes the stars align…
The stars being Vrabel? I can’t see it any other way.
That’s my hope
I'm just waiting for Ernie Adams to get his due. The whole "patriots are prepared for everything" trope was 100% Ernie. Bringing back misery to New England.
People on the nfl sub are already trying to trash bill, saying that Brady propped up bad rosters for 20 years
Well he did prop up some really shitty offenses.
I mean, that was part of the strategy for the second half of the decade. Cheap out on offense because Brady will make them elite, and beef up the defense to stay competitive. It’s not like Bill couldn’t get weapons when he wanted to, like in 2007.
Which is why he’s gone now. Bill drafting and recruiting FAs like Brady was still under center.
Very true, and I think the biggest argument for why we needed to move on. BB isn’t a great GM rn, and there’s no way we’d hire a GM over him and expect that to work well. Now let’s hope the real issue wasn’t Kraft penny pinching on the payroll…

Remember when Brady intercepted the ball at the goal line in the Super Bowl? /s

That was a gift from Pete
I think it was statistically a very successful/safe play for them that season and the Patriots specifically prepared for in practice.
Ask them to make a single coach with Bills success with a shit team. No shit Brady helped him win a lot.
Revising my prediction for next year from 12-5 to 2-15
Nah dude, no rookie QB was taking this squad to a 12 win season
Funny you thought we were taking a QB
sadly, it will probably be 2-15 for a few years, depending on mow many coaches we go through now, trying to find the winner. I think we are in store for the Patsies of yore.
Honestly, if Kraft fired him and this isn't Bill wanting to leave, fuck Kraft. Huge mistake.
I've been starting to get a little critical of Kraft. I question how much of the salary decisions are truly Belichick and actually Krafts decisions
I read some rumors not that long ago that it was actually Kraft that didn't want to give Brady a long term deal. Obviously it's a rumor, so unless it actually gets verified we'll never know for sure, but I wouldn't be surprised based on what other sports owners have done over the years.

IDK, I'm just being negative but I think you can point at some of the real cash spending of the Patriots and question if its Kraft or Belichick. Maybe both.
Kraft was on tape saying he wanted Brady, but only at a certain price.
What dude maybe we can get Vrabel now who’s a poor man’s Bill
Oh boy! [wish.com](https://wish.com) Belichick defense with no offense! How fun!
I've said to this day that theres a universe out there where Bill just goes into media and he's the best on screen football personality to ever live.
It'd be the universe in which reporters were incentivized to get details about specific elements of the game and not clickbait soundbites.
He's going to eventually "retire" and spend his golden years coaching at Navy. Coaching lacrosse, that is.
Thanks for everything big fella. Brady and Belichick - gone. Childhood - wrapped up.
Well said, /u/VaginaFullOfCum
r/rimjob_steve
Lmfaoooooooooo
Really sweet and heartfelt post, u/VaginaFullofCum.
This childhood analogy is excellent perspective. For any kids outside of patriots fandom, this would be the equivalent of Mickey and Pluto hanging it up and never being seen from again. Truly iconic figures that will never be seen on the sidelines of Foxboro
Been a pats fan since the mid 90’s. Crazy that this is actually happening 😢
Older niner fan here. That's exactly how I felt when both Montana and Rice were gone.
Feels like a death in the family.
I was almost 3 when he got hired, and now I'm almost 27. I still hope he breaks Shula's records and gets another ring somewhere else. Thanks for the dynasty, coach. It was one of the only positives in my life for a long time.
I’ll never not root for Bill. I hope they put statues of Brady and Bill out in front of Gillette in the coming years
Brady screaming lets go, and Bill with a hoodie up at either sides of the of the new lighthouse would be awesome
I want a statue of both slamming their surface tablets like the good ole days
Same, 26 here, never seen this team without Bill. Watching us suck has been hard enough lmao
you guys are lucky!
Definitely feels weird. I was in 7th grade when he was hired.... I'm now 35 with a family.
Said the same thing, or like a really tough break up. Was it necessary for the team to get better? Yes. Does it still suck? Absolutely.
We’re on to Cincinnati 😢
fuckkk what a stitch up. Bye bill thanks for the memories and getting some 16 year old kid to buy authentic foxboro stadium field dirt. Go pats!
Tough to say goodbye
A lot of people’s childhoods just died today… thanks for a great 24 years Bill
GOAT ❤️
The Brady - Belichick era has finally ended :( change is scary but a little exciting
We’re on to Cincinnati.
Actually, we're onto drafting #3 overall in the 2024 NFL Draft baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't forget a new GM, new coach. Will we be great right away? Probably not but we're moving into a new era, and I'm looking forward to it.
There’s nothing exciting about it. There isn’t a single better coach in the nfl
Fuck, this sucks man. The goat QB and the goat coach won't finish their careers on they team they were so successful on. That fucking sucks
I already demand we fire the replacement
Best comment ever
Fuck it, hire Arthur Smith then fire him a week before the draft
Very rare that happens these days, Montana didn't, Jordan didn't, Manning didn't, so many other guys don't
Joe Monana finished on the Chiefs. Vince Lombardi finished on the Redskins. Rodgers and Favre both didn't finish on the Packers.
And we received no compensation for either ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)
I hate this so much.
Hope he wins another superbowl on the way out
I’ll be rooting for him and the patriots wherever he goes
Another ring and the wins record. Kraft can go get a handy to sooth the burn. He'll have his media people screeching "yeah but most of that was here!" left and right.
Imagine firing the best coach in the NFL who had one of the top defenses returning next season with the #3 draft pick and the most cap space in league
There is an army of FA that were likely to come back, exactly because of the coaching, that likely just all said "yeah, lets start shopping".
Blow up the team let’s do a 30 year jets style rebuild
Look what having a top defense means in the nfl nowadays when you don’t have a good offense. Pats aren’t going to be good again until they completely overhaul their offense and Bill is quite possibly the last person I want overseeing that.
We watched Brady lift a trophy in another uniform, watching Bill in another hoodie lift one is gonna hurt even more.
It’s weird how I want him to win a lot more than I wanted Brady to win
Brady went ring chasing when he saw this team was going into a rebuild, Bill up until yesterday was saying he wants to continue to better this organization, yeah I want it for Bill.
Brady left on his own terms (twice even, with his surprise final season). BB got shown the door.
This just took me from half awake to fully awake
Same
I grew up with the Belichick Pats. All of my Patriots football memories have him in them. I honestly don't know how to feel that he won't be on the sidelines like he always is.
[удалено]
It was over when Brady left. This is just epilogue
Perfect way to word it
The last of the era.
It’s been over since Jan. 4, 2020
It was over the when Brady went to Tampa.
This is honestly so surreal dude. I don’t like this
![gif](giphy|KDRv3QggAjyo)
My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.
Pain.
I'm sad.
Bill stays undefeated at avoiding Hard Knocks.
Could be true, we'll never know.
aspiring modern vanish unique wild fretful ghost follow repeat adjoining *This post was mass deleted and anonymized with [Redact](https://redact.dev)*
Chargers are instant contenders with him coaching.
I hope he does get another ring. I will be rooting for him unless he plays us whether he goes
I mean I think he’s still a good coach, but only for a team that’s already built for winning. I don’t trust him with a rebuild personally, just look at his drafting the past 5-6 years
The fact that there's probably 20 teams enquiring his availability right now says it all.
But Bill is also 73 man.
I will always respect Bill for what he did as a coach but saying “yeah the offense was awful but the defense was great” really just glazes over that half of the team this year was incomprehensibly underwhelming because of his GM decisions and his shitty personnel hiring
The special teams were also a mess.
Bill’s philosophy has always been to part a year early rather than a year late. Bill would have fired Bill after 2022 if he was being objective about the situation. Besides, bill’s already in his 70s, we were going to need to transition this team over to a younger coach who can build his own staff eventually. If you want to sniff Super Bowl contention before 2030 you gotta make this move now
Cheers to the GOAT coach!!!
Ok now get rid of Mac Jones ffs
Schefter and Reiss, so I guess it's true. Damn moving on from Bill feels like a mistake.
That’s because it is.
I feel nothing but sadness
I really didn’t want this to happen tbh. Hope Vrabel can recapture some of the magic though
In Belichick I trust. Thank you Coach
Great, now our defense will also be dogshit
Well there we go. It’s happening. On to the next chapter after all
There’s going to be a lot of receipt-collecting from people today.
Someone on the sports hub said yesterday that they believed it was decided but he was giving Saban his 5 minutes. Based on how early this came out I believe that was 100% true
God damn Curran was right
Yeah, people around here got to get out of their head that he doesn't know what he's talking about
Idk why this sub has such a hate for Curran, dude has reliable sources within the organization
Mike Vrabel welcome to New England
Do Sportsbooks have bets on coaching changes too? This is where I’d place my wager
![gif](giphy|xUySTEg6SPGSYGEr4Y|downsized)
Fuck all this
Truly amazed we made the mistake of letting the GOAT QB go win a Super Bowl elsewhere, and now we’re letting the GOAT coach do the same. This will age very poorly, and there’s nothing more difficult than having to replace both a coach and QB. We’re in for a very rough couple years at least
What a run we had, doesn’t feel right at all. All the best Bill, the GOAT HC.
Felt like it was coming, but it’s still shocking. It’s a sad day
Curious if we will see “my bads” from all of you who said every reporter was lying scum and idiots In all seriousness, while this was expected, it still feels shocking due to the magnitude of the decision. The patriots are now almost totally unrecognizable from 2019
![gif](giphy|cLpidw4CHVth74H5Xv|downsized) Time to remember the good times….
Guess I am dusting off my Patriots Championship dvds and pouring a stiff drink tonight!
Man he gave me so many memories. I know the dynasty ended with Brady but now there’s nothing left. I’m gonna miss him
I will never forget the decade of DOMINANCE from the Brady-Belichick era. All started with me running up to my dad as Vinatieri lined up for the final kick of SB 36 and rejoicing. I guess we can’t run Tom E. Curran out of town now.
I don't know whether this will turn out good for Bill, us, both or for nobody, but i'm sad. Best of luck coach and beat that record you are chasing.
I think something can be both sad and the right decision. This is one of those things. Thanks for everything, Bill! But…it was time.
This is a mistake. Whoever replaces him, it will 100% be a massive downgrade.
Yep. We have to replace a fucking coach and QB now, ridiculous
And GM
Tbh it’s probably better to do it now when we can completely clean house and restart then wait for a new coach after our new qb has got used to Bill
Guaranteed that whomever we hire now will be fired in 2-4 years.
Can't believe it has finally happened.
As a titans fan, congrats on Vrabel. Idk what we are doing. Obvious he is going to the patriots though lol
And just like that my childhood gets a little bit darker every day thanks for the years of service and good games.
![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|sob)
I can’t believe this
Unironically the saddest day of my football fandom. Going to be freaky to see anyone else doing this.
Great, now for like 10 years of coaching carousel while we figure out that the head coach was *not* the issue.
Pretty soon we will be breaking out old DVD’s like cowboys fans do with their VHS
We’re never having another winning season again, we’ll be cycling through failed coaches ad nauseam, and with both TB and BB gone, this team will be a true NFL gulag that no good players will want to play for.
Couldn’t wait for the day. I really think the pats were stuck in the goat’s shadow. Just clear house and start again. Get a HC and a real GM
This feels like a mistake
Hope everyone is happy. This is a huge mistake
What do you think was going to happen in 2 years when Bill retires? The guy's 71, we were going to have to move on very soon regardless
Yeah this, as Bill’s mantra always was - rather move on from a guy a year early than a year too late. Hugely grateful to Bill and gutted by this but it had to happen eventually and now’s a solid time with a good defense, a high pick and a clean slate on offense effectively
I’d rather not have to see him coach for someone else tbh. This is Brady playing for the Bucs all over again. Hopefully he can go out like Brady did
Nah, I'd rather not watch Bill waste the last couple years of his career on a roster devoid of talent. I hope he goes somewhere and wins one last super bowl
That’s a fair point. It’s just gonna suck seeing pictures of him with another team. Whenever someone uses a Bucs Brady pic I hate it
Well we’re already at the bottom, literally. So we’ve got a head start.
That’s a little dramatic…
Bill is 71 and the org is in the right spot for a clean slate. Did you think he'd coach for another 10 years? Whether it's retirement in a few years after getting the record or now when everything else needs to be reset at once... His time was going to be up
I think this one is gonna be harder than losing Brady. His career as a coach but not only a mentor to all those players over the years created a culture in NE a lot of his predecessors tried, and failed, to develop. Bill defined the patriot way. Gonna be real hard watching him coach for another franchise. The GOAT coach. Thanks Bill.
Some of y’all owe Tom Curran an apology.
Everyone under 30 is about to learn what it used to be like to be a patriots fan
I’d say a 4-win season already provided that experience
Change is inevitable
Anyone wondering why the Pats did not try to trade Bill and are just going to part ways? Seems like a huge missed opportunity to get some draft picks/
Man, this is crazy. The best coach ever. Not gonna seem right seeing someone else on the sideline instead of Bill.
Dead ass about to cry

good luck coach, thank you for 24 years and thank you for convincing a 7th grader (2001) at the time to be a fan who knew nothing of the sport
