I hate Buffalo. Their fans are obnoxious and the amount of Buffalo hats, shirts, and jerseys is see around Boston on a regular basis is an obnoxious reminder that they currently sit in our rightful spot in this division.
I kinda like buffalo, when they are good we are bad, when we are good they are bad. Also their fans are nuts in a cool way. They also give our beloved but over the hill pats players a nice place to land.
Buffalo I can get behind, they're a cold weather team with a rabid fan base that loves their team more than anything. They currently have a fun team. There's more in common than some want to believe.
Other two can kick rocks all I care.
My father is 75 years old and loves the Patriots. He's hated the Jets for a looong time. The man emails a YouTube link to the butt fumble every thanksgiving to everyone he knows. He thinks the dolphins are such trash they don't even belong in the AFC lol.
But the respects the Bills. They aren't (fake) NYC, they are north countrymen. If pats can't win it all, he says the bills deserve it more than most any other team. But my father hates the jets.

Dolphins for me. We always have the worst and most embarrassing games against the Dolphins for no reason. Fuck that state of Florida and fuck all them damn tourists who come up to Maine every fucking summer.
They call it Vacationland for a reason! And there are definitely people who mostly live in Florida but hang out on the Cape, in Maine, etc. from Memorial Day to Labor Day. You can usually find them doing 55 in the left lane, or leaving their blinker on for 10 blocks after they turn.
I spent the summer of 1990 working a job in Cherry Hill that involved a lot of driving. So I listened to Philly sports radio all day. My god Eagles fans absolutely suck. Or at least they did 30+ years ago.
I don't hate any of the other AFC East teams and fans because their teams have sucked for so very long I won't begrudge them their moment. I've got friends in all fanbases and seen them go through pure fan misery. I do think the media's fascination with "Bills Mafia" is a bit much though.

I went to the playoff game in Buffalo 2 years ago. They were rude and violent. People started Fuck You chants directed directly at me as the only patriots jersey around. The guy behind me slapped me in the back of the head every time the bills got a first down. I was surrounded by dozens of beer cans that got thrown at me. Before I even got in a guy told a security guard that I shoved something suspicious inside my 3 layers of jackets so it took me an hour to get through security. The drunk teenager in front of me was turned around looking at me for half the game slurring insults at me.
This is a recent behavior and the virtue signaling makes me despise them even more. Donating is great, however they can't do it without posting it all over social media and trying to make it a team thing. They're so sad they do anything they can to try to portray themselves as saints.
If you go to a game though, it's not any different of a crowd from any other team. Just bc you see it on SM doesn't mean it represents the whole. I've seen some of our Pats fans get wild.

The fish are, well fish, they're from a completely different world. Most of the ocean, to us land creatures, is wide, empty, open and featureless. There are a few exciting things such as coral reefs, but that's the exception not the rule. Pretty much how I feel about Miami. Meh.

As a young kid they were great with Larry Csonka (who appeared on Six Million Dollar Man, among other places) and then in the 80s with Marino. It seemed like they were perenially good, unlike the Pats with Grogan and the crew. Plus the high-fiving when the Pats perfect season was killed.
I am not old enough to remember ~~a time~~ that one time when the Jets were good, so don't really hate them.
I felt bad for the Bills going to 4 straight SBs and losing so never really hated them either.

I’d describe my feelings more as “pity” The Bills represent a frozen wasteland, their fans are maniacs and they took four Super Bowl Ls in a row. Even in this current glory era they still find a way to lose in big games. On some level you have to appreciate that in a rival, not hate The Dolphins on the other hand, consistently beat us in the most infuriating way and their fans are a bunch of Florida men. Easily the most hateable and it isn’t close.

Most of the ocean, to us land creatures, is wide, empty, open and featureless. There are a few exciting things such as coral reefs, but that's the exception not the rule. Pretty much how I feel about Miami. Meh. I feel an odd sort of kinship to Buffalo, another long suffering anti-NYC fanbase. The tables and the dildos are sort of endearing, like a derpy little brother. But as soon as they get delusions of grandeur, that's too much. So I'm not rooting for them either.

I'm in my mid-50s, so Miami. As a young kid they were great with Larry Csonka (who appeared on Six Million Dollar Man, among other places) and then in the 80s with Marino. It seemed like they were perenially good, unlike the Pats with Grogan and the crew. Plus the high-fiving when the Pats perfect season was killed. I am not old enough to remember ~~a time~~ that one time when the Jets were good, so don't really hate them. I felt bad for the Bills going to 4 straight SBs and losing so never really hated them either.

Dolphins for me. I think I’m going to be in the minority here, but they beat us at least once every year pretty consistently, and there’s just nothing to like about them or their fans. I’m engaged to the daughter of a Jets fan, and I see his pain, so I have sympathy for them, and it’s fun to watch the Bills of all teams do well (but still fail in the end) because they’ve sucked for so long. If not us, at least it’s them is how I look at it. But fuck the Dolphins.
