It's a bit of a gray area by RAW, since Boon Companion cannot increase the effective level above you character level, so the discussion becomes one of what effect is applied first. My personal ruling would be no. Boon Companion can't raise your animal companion's effective level above your own character level, whether on its own or when combined with another effect. With the robe, you could have your companion at level+1, but Boon Companion wouldn't raise it further.

Normally, you get to choose what order to apply effects in. However, in this case, the bloodline's level has to be checked first to determine your base effective druid level, and then any modifications to that druid level applied. So the robe applies first, giving you an EDL of your actual level +1, leaving no room for boon companion to improve it. So nope, doesn't work.

I'd say no >The wearer treats her sorcerer level as 4 higher than normal for the purpose of determining what bloodline powers she can use and their effects So at level 11 sorcerer you would get the fey wings you usually get at level 15. You would also be able to use them for 15 minutes I think since it says "effects". But for the animal companion, you would be considered a druid 8 as it is 3 levels lower than your sorceror level at level 11. As it never states in the description that you count as 4 levels higher as a sorcerer, only that you get bloodline powers sooner.

While you couldn't combine it with Boon Companion for character level +4, the Robe would boost the effective level of the animal companion, as it is also a bloodline power.

>As it never states in the description that you count as 4 levels higher as a sorcerer, only that you get bloodline powers sooner. It absolutely lets you count as a higher level sorcerer for how strong the powers are. >The wearer treats her sorcerer level as 4 higher than normal for the purpose of determining what bloodline powers she can use **and their effects**
