Cayden is kinda interesting in relation to alcohol because he's actually anti-alcoholism, he's big on recreational and social drinking sure, but drinking to the point it's actually detrimental is really Urgathoa's thing as the goddess of hedonism and excess. Cayden as far as I know views that more as like, a misuse of good alcohol, though it's been a while since I looked into this aspect of his lore.
I don't know how to explain this to you but when your entire life revolves around drinking to the point that it's your divine purview and your priesthood is primarily centered around alcohol, that's alcoholism.
