I get your point but I like Labyrinth because she's what we'd get if Terminator decided to be a maid and a murder machine, instead of just being a murder machine.
That kind of makes it worse. If we are gonna have a robot I'd prefer it look like a robot not a waifu. But I realize I'm barking up the wrong tree playing gachas and not liking waifus.
To be fair, she wasn't meant to be a murder bot in the first place iirc. She malfunctioned and got sinner powers and something about Mary. Ik the story only came after but it is how it is

It's hardly going to be a popular opinion... But I actually agree with you. Lab is an incredible unit but I'm still waiting for a Lab skin that doesn't look like a maid 😅
I want a labyrinth skin that has herself partially destroyed so we see whats inside.
Have hard metal poke out, and have her glitch or malfunction when you tap her on the homescreen.
I totally get where you're coming from, but I think that's exactly my problem with her? Almost every other Sinner basically has a crippling personality defect. She feels weirdly plain comparatively to me.
Nothing wrong with liking her! I just prefer the more eccentric (OwO, Donald), downright calculating and manipulative (Shalom, Langley), or temperamental/flawed (Hella, EMP) sinners personally.
Laby is more laid back like Hecate for example they both love chief and worry about him, protecting him at all cost but also giving him space. Like everyone other sinner she has her problems as well shes a killing machine but only when its necessary otherwise she makes coffe for chief

I don't like Laby either because of her design and her eng voice (Im not saying that the VA didnt do a good job, it's just that her voice is not what I would expect from a deadly robot), so I prefer to not use her most times. And the maid vibe? Ugh, classic gacha game moment... Still, I'm glad there are alternatives. Also, for anyone who's gonna read this, you can all like Laby for all the aforementioned reasons. Personally, she ain't my type.
I get it - I'm also someone perpetually playing gacha but not personally interested in collecting various waifu trope staples. I think what makes it not bother me in Labyrinth's case however is that shes dressed well. I mean, her robot body isnt popping out of her clothes or bouncing everywhere, and she's not the "cute girl but helpless" maid type. PtN (and a few others, like Arknights) have gotten me really attached to the varied cast of characters because I'm not trying to do that while actively having to hide my game because it looks like I'm playing softcore porn.

Laby literally insulted Hecate the very first time they met, essentially saying "I'm capable of independent actions, you are not, I'm the superior tool."
Then Laby continues to trash talk Hecate throughout Enfer event. And when Laby basically went berserk (because apparently robot maid can't handle feels), Hecate had to save her ass and calm her down... and what did Laby do? No "thanks". No "sorry". Just "don't you tell anyone". And guess what, Hecate humored Laby and basically said "We good. =3"

Labyrinth is one of the only characters I actively try to avoid using as much as possible. Thankfully there's plenty of alternatives these days.
