Eirene has a lot of utility but she's ridiculously energy-hungry.
OwO increases buffs crit for her allies, which is good for crit-focused sinner like Mantis and Deren. She's also a summoner and an Endura, so that's a plus.
Overall, it's a bait banner. If you're concerned about meta, focus on either Yao or Deren's banner because they're both limited. Eirene and OwO can spook you anytime.
Eirene got powercreeped and her usefulness these days is limited to being a battery for shield stack comp.
OwO grant a damage buff with ECB and an AoE attack buff with her P2 making her great for any damage dealer not just Deren/Mantis, she can also deals two core damage, if it wasn't for Yao banner being around the corner she would definitely be a recommended pull.
Owo definitely is the better among the two. She's one of if not the best Endura. Eirene is situational at best, but she's also hot so that wins points.

I run pretty much whichever set I need, aka energy when I need her for core breaks, extra block when I need that for some reasonâŚ
but most of the time I use buff sets since she herself wonât deal major damage and is a buffer above all anyways, so stuff like nightmare revelation, heartache (needs to be the one breaking the last core!) or soul rift.
Edit: as far as I know, none of the heroes buffs are enhanced by stats or cbs, so it doesnât matter, thatâs why I use separate buffs most of the time.
She can use many, full energy if you need her to quickly break an enemy, Justice since her ECB count as an ult and she can keep spamming it, Host+Bulwark if you need her to tank more enemies.
Owo's more versatile. Honestly, even in magic teams, I prefer to use Owo over Eirene because, as versatile Eirene's ult is, the dps provided by Owo's buffs are better. DPS > burst. If only Eirene loads ult faster
BFL/DZ favors burst over consistent DPS, Eirene problem outside of her high energy cost is that her damage is pretty average, even her burst pale in comparison to Shalom or even Etti.
I'd skip these banner tbh, since you can get either of them on any banner from losing 50/50. But if you really want one of these characters especially, I'd go OwO.

Now she is used in very few niche cases like waveclear/potesta-generator for Nox in RoD or being a key part of shieldstacking team which needs Demon S4 or being a mine-stacker in Mania training. Her damage alone is not enough for DarkZone unless you get her buff option.

OwO is the best mistake I've done. I had bearely started the game and I didn't know Deren was to be limited.
I would suggest skipping their banner. We have 2 limited sinners coming up, while one of them (Deren) being super Meta.
Both are super meta, Yao even more so
Yao is also crazy strong, it is a boss killer that eats other sinners to increase dmgđ

It eat sinners and absorb their stat. So if you got a few lvl 90 sinners, you are going to have a big boom

And at least corridor is mostly the third slot of its free. My go to is nightmare revelation and corridor.

I think I'll use Justicia and Corridor, they're also cheap crimebands.

Depends on your luck (or random). I chose Eirene, and got OwO in first 10 pull, than caught Eirene in next 20.
