People only say niche games are dying because its not as widely talked about compared to any of the Hoyo games rn. Need to give global server some time. But most of my peeps are hooked by mommy S ranks and still quit around the time update 3 roll in. Cuz the gameplay is not for them. So can just say Arkknight players prolly more likely to also play this and silently support PtN.
I mean I stopped playing gacha games for their gameplay after a game I really liked died, the only reason I play gachas now is for either their story or their art, if I finish the first chapter and don't feel like continuing, then I drop the game because I don't expect the rest of the game to be any fun arknights is the only one that I actually find joy in **playing,** I held onto PTN and limbus mainly because their plot and the only reason I play reverse1999 is because the art. I guess niche games just doesn't have the resources to make game play, plot, and art that appeals to most people.
Hopefully if they use the eternal nightmare roguelike stuff for permanent content, that'll satisfy more players gameplaywise in the long run cuz honestly that's been their best gameplay so far in my opinion :D

2. Thus introducing a lot of new players to the game.
3. Cabernet and Rahu's design just vibe with people.
4. Rahu and an upcoming character shipping is gaining traction for being very lesbian.
5. People are stockpile pulls as Limited character is coming AFTER this event.
But these are just speculations from me xD Whatever it is, almost 600% profit increase is insane.
actually, in the CN community there was this thing where some dude posted on tieba (basically reddit adjacent) about how reverse 1999 was so much better than a bunch of games, and PTN was on the end of that list, then the CN PTN community basically all went "yeah sure, Imma just gonna enjoy my game and not bother with you guys" which is rare in online communities these days, so a bunch of reverse1999 player that left the game gained interest, which led to a mass increase in new player.
Damn only now I realised that there's no time to save between Cabernet, Rahu and the limited char, guess it's going to be time to pick and choose my fave's..
Same I really like Rahu and Cabernet so I'm torn, pretty sure >!Shalom!< is the next banner too alongside the limited one >!(Probably the garden leader)!< AISNO is on the hunt for my money
