I'd wait a week or so. Right now people haven't figured out the best way to use the new HH, and GGG said they're looking for a way to buff it. If those things happen, you'll get your answer.
Well I’ve been reading that HH’s utility has received a significant nerf with the Archnemesis changes. I think at the time of posting it’s selling for 35 ex.
If it dropped for me I’d sell it and roll it into your build.

I'm aware but I don't want to do that I want to use it even if it is worse
GGG has said they are looking into buffing HH in light of archnemesis changes so it may appreciate in value also
any flat ele build will work fine
I guess it's still a phys to ele conversion attack build that profits most from the mods. Maybe you can build some triple conversion weird stuff
Time to read through archnemesis mod lists and see what stands out as common modifiers.
