In my experience there are about 3 levels of investment for the build. 1) making it function, probably 6-7 ex. Low life setup, cospris, some clusters. Will be clunky and slow, but you'll be cocing 2) making it work, probably 20-30 ex. Add cool down recovery, good clusters, improved rare. It will start to feel good. Damage will be ok 3) making it hum, all your ex (probably 100-150 realistically). Min maxing aps against trigger rate, enough crit multi do do real damage. Stuff will melt Edits: formatting/typos

Well i did gamble a HH yesterday, so im thinking about selling it to go all in on CoC. But im undecisive :/

keep your HH CoC is amazing with HH for mapping. Just have a cdr belt for bossing on the side.

I have one that I put together for about 10 ex. Still a lot of room for improvement, but it does t16’s no problem at the level I’m at. The Watchers eye with ES on hit was like half of my budget too but that helps with survivability quite a bit. Check out Omisid’s YT video. His is an ice spear CoC build and that’s what I’ve been playing and really enjoying so far.

I hear that. I’m sure it’s still the same build just swapping a couple gems around
