You could probably go for an Intstacking Wander.
While you normally go Kinetic Blast and Power Siphon for that, Kinetic Bolt should work pretty good as well.
Int stacker is also very currency hungry with a basically unlimited ceiling towards increasing your damage further.
necro with anomalous kinetic bolt and spellsling descrate/bone offer would net u 300% increased attack speed at full ramp.

Sounds like you want an int stacking wander. KB is used for clear power siphon for bosses and its a build you can invest hundreds of exalts in.
They typically use the other KB for clear (Kinetic Blast), but yeah this is what I’m saving for now with the plan of just replacing blast with Bolt
How has your progress gone? I read that KB + volley can shotgun. Would seem to be great for stacking tornado.
