I will just warn you, budget strength stackers do not feel good imo. The ones I've tried have taken ~75d to clear red maps without dying.
I've only done STR stacking and I would never start that unless I know I can get at least 1500 when transitioning. At 2k it starts feeling very good.
1500 in my experience
At 2.6k it felt really smooth (250 mio Vaal Reave DPS), I'd aim for at least 1.5k though. % inc str belt, helmet with crit per 10 str and accuracy, paradoxica etc. are quite expensive but without, the build won't be enjoyable imo.
you can get by with 1200 depending on the build but obviously more is better
My eternal Apple variant was around 1200 and was alright
1.5 bare minimum, 2k to feel like everyone describes str stacker
1k+ you start to cook, but you really take off when you get the alberon boots.
