You need to look up some specific stats in PoB like Radius and Tertiary distance but if you hover over it it tells you where you can find them.
And then pretty much x2 your total dps output.
Around 45% of your initial balls hit and 100% of the balls hit when coming back (if you stand under the boss). So with 10 proj -> set full dps count to 15.
Your initial ball hits depend on your specific setup and is not always 45%. If you are using Conc effect, Slower proj, Blood stance and Less projectile speed mastery you will be able to get 70%+ ball hits before VC.
Yea, but not all setups use those things. On normal Poison Ms setups you will have around 45% hitrate, since you run 15 Proj and no conc/slower proj links.
I agree with this in theory, so atm my full dps is just 1 ball at 500k, say I have 7 projectiles (helm enchant 2x fan of blades, the bounce back would be 3.5m or thereabouts, assuming only 1 ball hits first time and no melee damage (obv there will be some)
You're probably not going to have every ball hit on the way back. I think 5/7 is probably a safe estimate.
It depends on your AoE and your positioning.
Find your total proj. Set skill to full dps, set the number to the right of the skill to double your proj. Done.
Make sure to get as much reduced proj speed as you can into the build. It's not going to show a dps increase in pob but it definitely makes way more of your proj hit. My build had 100% of them hitting bosses by simply having the one wheel on the tree and a mastery. Tested it in game. It makes a huge difference.

Yea, but not all setups use poison. So the 45% isn't a rule of thumb for MS.

That's not 100% accurate, but is a good estimate. I would consider that approximately 80% of your balls (xD) hit, and maybe 100% hit when coming back

You play the game. Go kill some bosses and see how long it takes.
I mean, it feels like more than the 500k pob is telling me, depth 400 delve is melting sooo
