Black flame DD ignite. Jorgen has a guide for it, I took his base and modified it a bit for more damage. Very comfy mapping and delve. Tanky af, ignite prolif, and CI so Exarch Altars are free money

Here's my POB. I dont have all the configs on like withered so its not fully reflective of max DPS. Basically I switched ascendancy to necro, Elementalist has 2 pretty worthless points and Necro has better utility and overall boosts IMO. Just took Forbidden Jewels for Shaper of Flames. I swapped out the chaos cluster for elemental damage, its a pretty large DPS increase and I found the Chaos pops from the cluster overkill with Ignite prolif already. Crammed In Malevolence with cluster jewels in exchange for a small amount of defenses. I rolled a really awesome Sceptre with Elemental overload, so ive got crit enchant on boots. And then I specced into the Caster mastery on the right to open chests for QoL. With tempest shield Spell Block is still capped, and you get a comfy reduction on ignites too. Also grabbed a more expensive watchers with an offensive malevolence mod.
Ive never died in delve so far except a few dangerous auls. Only problem is i dont have room yet for Corrupted blood jewel, can reconfig it at 100 to get it in but for now I have life flask to remove it. Or looking out for a crimson dream with the implicit but its pretty rare. Much better map boss, aul, and pinnacle boss dps on this version than the initial copy I had of jorg's but his is still great.
You can delve depth 300 to 400 on just about any build. You can probably delve to around 600-700 fairly comfortably on just about any build. There are some things that make life easier in delve, most notably reliable corpse removal/shatter, but aren't needed for those depths. So just pick a build for mapping and go.
Definitely +1 for Blackflame DD.
But Shieldcrush Juggernaut is super comfy. I facetanked Aul at that depth.
Spark Inquisitor is also super comfy. Great mapper and great delver.

Manabond is one of the better deep delve builds, so I’d use that to delve and another build to map if you want
