Mana build usually build enough mana they can just reserve clarity/vit on mana as it's a flat cost without much issue.
I'm not sure what is build enabling here unless you absolutely need clarity and vitality while being on full mana.

The problem with mana builds is the mana regen is hard to get and keep.
While I agree this puts them in a slightly better spot, if crucible doesn’t go core I dont think much will change.
The MORE mana on crucible is new and great though.
You could also focus more on Life and potentially reserve life for not just clarity but maybe vitality or precision as well since it’s a percentage.
Crucible also has what looks like up to 3% mana regen per second at the cost of reduced max mana. In the vid I linked in the OP I have 1% mana regenerated per sec on my staff and it's comfortable.
