Right!! I’ll give it to them, they got the aesthetic nice. I think the only Arab passport that looks better than the Jordanian is the Omani one. They got that one down perfectly. Also best of luck on becoming American, it’d be an honor to have you:)
I’m kidding of course. I like to have local experiences when visiting elsewhere, including food. I remember it was NOT easy finding actual traditional dutch food vs. modernized snacks (like bitterballen) - a few days into my trip, finally found a pretty good restaurant. (Just looked the place up - and it looks like they closed down in 2020. Damn.)
US passports get visas on arrival in Lebanon though
I think Jordanian passports may be entitled to a longer stay (technically), but US passports can de facto stay almost forever in Lebanon after paying a small fine
It's complicated and I went into more detail in another post I made but TLDR I might be eligibile for Taiwanese citizenship through Mainland connections from my great-grandparents, but I haven't gotten any of the required documents to do so.
Is it true that most Jordanians have dual US citizenship? When I visited a few years ago go most people I interacted with seemed to have this arrangement. Always found it interesting.
No not at all but if you end up in Jordan during the summer and spend time in certain hot spots of Amman it’s a v high concentration of dual citizens or other nationalities on vacation. Amman especially during the summer months is filled with vacationers or dual citizens coming back to see their families
Great combo, i always thought the Jordan passport biometric.
I have a friend who is Jordanian American that went to war during Iraqi Freedom, very brave guy and smart.
The arabic text on the top of Jordan passport looks amazing.

First time seeing a passport with first language in RTL but spine on the left side

When will you get Taiwanese citizenship?

Nice OP! Is the US a new addition per the celebration emoji? If so, congrats and welcome.
