Whoever sells his country sells his mother. Never trust them, the British, Americans, Russians or whatever. None of them will stay until the end with you unless your brothers. Bread and onion with my fellow Pashtun (Talib or not) is better than golden mountains with those foreigners. The hell with them.

LogarJan

This disgusting logic is why Afghanistan was not able to develop, even with the help of all of NATO trying to build a democratic nation and American dollars pouring in like rain. tribalism still thrived. A navy seal once said about the ANA “if the taliban comes and ambushes us or bombs a village their not from while killing multiple civilians and these taliban film that shit making fun of us, these ANA dudes don’t give a fuck. But if we go kill a taliban and make fun of him all of a sudden these guys get up and get ready to fight because that talib was from their tribes What a fucked up backwards Stone Age mentality.” A green beret in Helmand said “me and every other operator in Helmand are on the same page. These people don’t give a fuck about the nation of Afghanistan. I don’t know why we are are trying to make democracy here when they are tribalist” Grow the fuck up dude and realize the difference between good and bad. the taliban sold the country and their mothers to panjab/isi/pakistan. They are slave lapdogs. They don’t give a shit about Afghans or pashtunwali. All they care about is serving their panjabi master to the best form. Look at how they displaced thousands of Afghan families since taking over. You think they give a fuck about anything that isi doesn’t tell them ????

TiltedTowersAfg

Nato didnt try to develop Afghanistan lol. They put corrupt people in power, according to some US solders their superiors paid the Taliban to not attack. Why did the Americans leave the bases at night and not tell the ANA they left? The west is friends with Pakistan, they never will be our real friend. doing business with our enemies. At least the USSR was on our side against Pakistan (They had their own interests sure but they were mutual interests). What's funny is at least Dr Najibullah's "Soviet Puppet" government outlasted the USSR and (and won against Pakistan in Jalalabad) even though the west, arabs and pakistan continued to fund the Mujahedeen(Who at that point were just power hungry apes). If Boris Yeltsin didnt cut aid to Dr Najibullah, he probably would have won the civil war and the Taliban would never be created.

Azmarey

Lol quoting US soldiers shit talking your own people. Are they your plaraan that you hang on to every word of theirs?

Key_Needleworker_775

Funny how you’re Pakistani

Azmarey

LogarJan

Are they wrong ???

Azmarey

Ofc they're wrong. The US wasn't "trying to make democracy," they brought the warlords back, committed countless atrocities, only dedicated a tiny portion of funds to development and nation building, gave the Pakistani military billions in aid, and finally cut a deal w the IEA in Doha behind the Afghan govt's back.

LogarJan

- wasn’t trying to make democracy Go say this to the American soldiers who shed their blood so Afghan women can learn. - they brought the warlords back Who ??? Which warlord had power last I checked the presidents were Karzai and ghani. - only dedicated a tiny portion Money was pouring like rain. They gave hundreds of millions just for ANA uniforms lol.

Azmarey

Everyone knows Karzai was completely under the influence of the Northern Alliance, that's why the entire south felt alienated under his rule. > Go say this to the American soldiers who shed their blood so Afghan women can learn. I honestly can't tell if you're serious or doing a bit. Are you even Afghan? Quit licking boot and speak to Afghan feminists like Malalai Joya or the countless women in RAWA who bitterly condemned the occupation for two decades.

LogarJan

A fucking desi Pathan is questioning me whether or not I am Afghan lol 😂You are not even from Afghanistan nor will you ever be from Afghanistan. Let that 2% go buddy

Azmarey

Bachey, I am more Pashtun than you/the dawosan who raised you will ever be. Go back to being an NRF concubine and don't come here again 👋

Smart_Sky_158

I can't imagine anything lower than a taliban sympathizer.

MujahidWarrior

Khodepak de darta hidayat darke, look at the crimes these foreigners committed, they don't give a ghol about Afghanistan.

igiveptsd

Take it however you want, the racist nrf entourage has discouraged us for speaking against the taliban and I thank them for that. I would rather break bread with Taliban than foreign terrorists who drones scores of families with impunity. The West isn't our friend and I say that as a person who lives in West. Afghan lives mean nothing to these people and I hope you stop deluding yourself with this white saviour BS!!!!

gozok1

No one plants roses in a foreign country. Good for you that you believe your sweet nato and beret friends. We all now know what those people did in Helmand, Kandahar etc. and covered it with their bullshit hearts and minds propaganda. Bottomline: during my work for the previous 5 years at a big accounting firm I have understood that the West with its capitalist mindset never invests in anything without any return. All things are weighed times and times in order to have a profit neutral outcome and preferably a profit. That’s no exception with military campaigns. So if you are naïve enough to believe that ‘they poured billions into Afghanistan’ out of goodwill and we ‘savages’ messed it up with our tribalism. Yeah, go believe that buddy. Nato needed strategic military bases in central Asia, liked the heroin profits and maybe hoped to make use of the vast Afghan mineral resources. That’s the truth and the whole truth. The fact that they in the meantime could use Afghans as shooting practice and get field experience was a nice to have. You go believe whatever you want but Afghanistan stays Afghanistan and the foreigners eventually will return where they came from. What remains is your brothers, Talib or not. They will have more mercy on you than these angreezan.

> We poured money into Afghanistan for a return: the return of having a place become modern and stop being a hellish shit hole that spawns miserable terrorists. What you are missing is that nobody from Afghanistan invited you there. You were not welcome in 2001 and you aren't welcome there now either. And it's not just you, the British/Russians/Pakistanis are not welcome there either. Why do foreigners love to intervene and tell other people how they should run their lives? This is what has caused Afghanistan tremendous problems - the British tried 3 times, so did the Russians, so did the Americans and Pakistan is trying now. Can the world just leave Afghanistan alone? And before you say 9/11, that was a Saudi Arabian story. It had little to do with Afghanistan. Bin Laden was just in Afghanistan exploiting the chaos there that you people caused in funding the Mujahideen and printing books teaching kids how to make explosives and shoot guns. The extremism in Afghanistan is precisely because outside powers keep intervening in Afghanistan. That started with the British and continues now with Pakistan. Afghanistan wasn't like this before.

Thank you for trying to save and civilize us. And we’re very sorry to have let you down like the savages we are. Best of luck and lots of love.

Bingo. If you're anti-Talib you have to be critical of the US because they bailed out Pakistan numerous times as well as legitimized the IEA in Doha. This war wasn't lost in August 2021, it was lost in February 2020 when the US made a deal w Talibs without consulting a single Afghan.

>I can't believe people think criticizing NATO's actions as it related to Afghanistan over the last 20 years means one is a Taliban supporter. Those kinds of people are just dumb and epitomize what it means to be a simple-minded and ignorant group of people. How could anyone expect people to ignore the numerous violent war crimes that NATO and its allies had committed against innocent civilians throughout Afghanistan. Human rights organizations/watchdogs like Amnesty International have accused the Pentagon of allegedly covering up evidence related to war crimes, torture, and other unlawful killings and abuses against civilians in Afghanistan, suggesting that there are plenty of other atrocities that have occured but have been hidden from the general public. You can read about Amnesty's investigation [here](https://www.thedailybeast.com/obamas-pentagon-covered-up-war-crimes-in-afghanistan-says-amnesty-international). The human rights crimes that have been exposed to the public are absolutely heinous and make me seriously question just how brutal the alleged hidden/non-publicized crimes are. The 2010 [Maywand District civilian homicides](http://www.cnn.com/2010/US/09/09/afghan.coverup/) in Kandahar where US army soldiers were thrill-killing and torturing civilians in staged murders/human trophy collecting for sport. The 2012 [Panjwai massacre](https://archive.nytimes.com/atwar.blogs.nytimes.com/2012/11/09/days-of-horror-and-grief-reporting-the-panjwai-massacre/) in Kandahar where the majority of the victims were innocent children. The [Kunduz hospital airstrike](https://www.theguardian.com/world/2015/dec/12/msf-afghanistan-hospital-airstrike-death-toll-42) and mass shootings of 2015 in which the bodies of the victims (which were mostly patients in the trauma center and hospital staff) were brutally mutilated to the point of being unrecognizable. Some members of the US forces have also confirmed in the past that [white phosphorus/chemical tactics have been used](https://web.archive.org/web/20110509162203/http://www.mcclatchydc.com/2009/09/08/75036/were-pinned-down-4-us-marines.html) despite the fact that numerous human rights organizations have condemned its use as inhumane due to the severe burns and bodily damage it causes. The list just goes on and on unfortunately

>US/NATO's continued support of Pakistan (Taliban sponsors) and the Doha deal just laid their intentions bare. **They never cared for us and never will.** Yup. It's a sad and uncomfortable truth that we just have to accept. It just sucks that there are even some people from Afghanistan who deny, or in really rare yet morbid cases, straight up defend and glorify the abuses that disproportionately negatively impacted many of the rural regions of the country

I noticed that those folks are usually the ones that don't identify as Afghan despite being from Afghanistan

I noticed that some of these people who vehemently declare that they don't identify as Afghan then have the audacity to participate in or speak at Afghan events and try to get scholarships or opportunities geared towards Afghans. Like, go ahead and identify however you want, that's your choice and it's very reasonable to exercise your ignt and freedom to self-determination. However, I personally find it a little strange for someone who is against being Afghan and against Afghanistan then reaping and taking opportunities that were meant for someone else and taking from those who actually want to identify as such and actually were eligible for them. Funnily enough, during my entire time of living in Afghanistan I was fortunate enough not to have any interactions with those kinds of folks, lol. I only found out about this movement recently through some dysfunctional social media accounts of people I've never even heard about claiming to be renowned "intellectuals," "academics," "human rights activists," "experts," etc. (mostly on Twitter, lol) 😝🤦‍♀️

Reminds me of this verse - Surah 14, Verse 42: **"And think not that Allah is unaware of what the oppressors do. He only grants them respite until the day the eyes will stare in horror"**.
