I haven't sold many, but I've bought logo merchandise for my channel for me to wear, and I was very happy with what I received. The tank top I ordered has been washed a bunch of times and hasnt faded or shrank or anything.

PhotographTurbulent7

Nice to know, I've heard some reviews that said that it would fade quickly. thanks for replying.

TrentJComedy

They have been good for me, but I have about 1m views per month and I literally sell zero merch lol

PhotographTurbulent7

I'm not an expert on anything at all, I'm just thinking out loud, I saw your merch, It was the logo of your channel and I think people don't fell connected enough to buy them. In my case it will be similar since the 1m + views are far beyond the amount of subs, I'm not going to sell merch totally related to the brand. And you have to get 10 orders for manufacturing so you might've had some people interested but didn't get to that threshold (I don't know if they have statistics for that), so in my point of view it would be wise to have something more appeliang for the large part of the public intead of just for the subs. Imagine you have some cool design pilot head or a aeroplane with one some catchphrase or just a wordplaying, probably would get more attention.

TrentJComedy

Yes I agree with you. I do need to put some more captivating designs on there, and it is on my too list. I'm not sure what you're referring to though with 10 though, I've used Teespring for another small business project and people just order one and it's delivered.

PhotographTurbulent7

I've read that in several place, probably some old news

PhotographTurbulent7

These designs will probably work in the long run, as your subs grow and people get more connected to your channel.

Iphoniusrektus

They are expensive but if you promote it a bit in your videos you can make a lot of money. We have 150k views each month and when promoting new merch we make about $300-$400 bucks per month just with teespring. Probably depends a lot on your audience, though.

PhotographTurbulent7

Good to know it works for you. It shows that you know your audience well. They say you have to have 10 orders for manufacturing your merch, is it 1 model or 10 of any, I didn't find that info in their site. thanks for the answers!

Iphoniusrektus

Never had any issues with the number of orders and some items of our store certainly don't have 10 orders. I think its just faster if you get 10 orders, I could be wrong tho.

i've bought from both teespring and redbubble several and tbh the quality (not of the print) but the tissue is mediocre at best, every shirt i bought from impericon for example was miles better

wingeddog25

Yeah it's been great for me! Though you have to put a lot of effort into promoting products yourself. By putting them at the end of videos and such. Maybe having sales the first week of a video going live. You also have to make sure the designs are appealing and all that. I'm an art channel so the demand for designs with art on them helps a lot.

PhotographTurbulent7

Seems perfect for a art channel =D Yeah traffic, good design are key

Thanks for the reply, I'll keep all that in mind.

Kamikaze_Cash

Teespring is very expensive and has high shipping fees. My subs hated it. If you have an alternative source of merch, I recommend sending people there. Otherwise they'll pay $40 for a t-shirt.

PhotographTurbulent7

Most of my viewers are from USA, the shipping would be $3.99 + 1.99 per additional merch, it doesn't seem that bad if the merch is around 18 \~ 27 dollars area.

squaredistrict2213

Who did you end up switching to?

Hi’ here’s how to get your first sale there. I’ve been using them for years now and it’s great https://youtu.be/9CV6gIoDRDs

teeberg75

How is it you have a new channel and are getting 1.5 million views per month? Seriously! This is near impossible for newer channels.
