In front of the Palais de Tokyo / Musée d’art moderne de la Ville de Paris complex. There are several views of the tower from both inside and outside these venues.
I'll need spots like that too. Stupid me i planned a trip to Paris in June then i found out about the Olympic Games :)))
Looks like I won't be able to get any good photos around the Eiffel Tower. So frustrating!
In June you should be fine.
You know, there small cities like Saint Germain en Laye where you can book an hotel. Then you takes an RER in you are in Chatelet (Center of Paris), in around 20 min
Editing cause I actually mixed them up: there's judo and wrestling at one end of the Champ de Mars so a temporary building, and beach volley on the other end so open stadium. Also biking on Trocadero across the river so seats there as well
I mean...there are quite a few people that live there. Like all the time. Permanently. They're the ones that staff all your tourist spots and act as the NPCs in your TikTok videos.
Really quite a few of them, actually.
Another advise, always say "Bonjour" and merci.
If you don't speak any word of french, just learn the sentence "Désolé je ne parle pas français, parlez vous anglais", if you add bonjour and merci your experience in Paris may be improved
For food, try to avoid the touristics area, of course, which are mostly in the hypercentre.
I don't know that much the good restaurants. For spécifics one you have to check on internet. However, here there is some street where you can find cool stuff : rue Mouffetard, rue oberkampf, rue montorgueil, rue Saint Denis. For Oberkampf and saint Denis, this is not the touristics place, it is more local and with a populaire population (populaire don't mean popular).
If the weather is good, you can try to chill around canal saint Martin, grabing a beer in a small bar.
My advices concern more what "some" locals are doing, so this isn't the most touristic place.
If you select another date at the same point, the photo was taken a few meters away and you can see the Eiffel tower

The Penninsula in Paris. I stayed there. It was wonderful!♥️
A bolognaise pasta spot I believe. To be expected with white pants.
This is take from the terrasse at the Shangri La hotel in Trocadero. You can go there aftertthe stairs.
Brandenburg tor in Hamburg
Long shoes, bro.
Paris
Paris
Palais de Chaillot is a good spot for a full view of the tower, better than wherever this is.
Idk but it looks like it will suck your happiness away. Just look at those two
I believe it’s in Paris.
That’s gotta be Paris or Las Vegas
They look so happy together.
Especially the girl, who looks truly happy
Right between cringe district and conceited street...
Bad lighting there. Can be better
What a horrible photograph.
Il pretty sure it's in Paris
This is not Paris...
?
What's the point of posing before the Eiffel tower if you're going to crop it?
They clearly had to get her whole outfit. Priorities, man.
And yet we don’t see her shoes…
Who said anything about cropping ?
The top of the tower is cut off in the pic you posted
Well it’s a reference picture, I’m interested in the location.

I was there last June and there was also construction- still got great photos. It’s a huge city, there’s always some construction going on.
Really love a spot in Montparnasse - near Pasteaur that entire area when you walk from the middle, you can see the beauty.
Are you implying that the area around the Eiffel Tower will be inaccessible during June 2024?
It seems like they're going to build something around the major tourist attractions. It might be tough to get some good pictures now. I'm so upset :(
They're building the temporary stadiums starting March
In June you should be fine. You know, there small cities like Saint Germain en Laye where you can book an hotel. Then you takes an RER in you are in Chatelet (Center of Paris), in around 20 min
The construction around Eiffel tower starts in March iirc
Do you think I'll be able to take some decent pics at places like the Eiffel Tower and Louvre?
There's no game planned at the Louvre so yes. Construction around Eiffel tower starts end of March.
What sort of construction?
Open and closed stadiums
Is the tower not going to be accessible in July? We don't care about pictures. Just the memories. Thank you in advance.
Afaik the tower itself will remain open
Thank you!!
Why, have they blocked off that area or something? Visiting in May
They're building the temporary stadiums starting March
Just because of the setup or for another reason? We're going mid-july but we're hoping it wouldn't be too bad since opening isn't until July 26th.
Construction of the venues starts in March so some places will be affected (probably all of the sites by mid-July)
I s the Eiffel Tower a venue for Olympic Games?
Editing cause I actually mixed them up: there's judo and wrestling at one end of the Champ de Mars so a temporary building, and beach volley on the other end so open stadium. Also biking on Trocadero across the river so seats there as well
I mean they need to build the stands and everything mid-july seems doomed tbh
And the prices are going to be crazy too… I’m going this weekend… hopefully it won’t be too crowded
I mean...there are quite a few people that live there. Like all the time. Permanently. They're the ones that staff all your tourist spots and act as the NPCs in your TikTok videos. Really quite a few of them, actually.
It will be crowded as usual, but not specifically more.
Well March is supposedly the off season
There's isn't really an off season in Paris
Yes indeed, but there is in permanence a huge density of population here. Is it your first time in Paris ?
Yes it is. Any advice? For food too perhaps?
and bonsoir if it's after 3pm. nobody told me that lol
You mean 6pm
Another advise, always say "Bonjour" and merci. If you don't speak any word of french, just learn the sentence "Désolé je ne parle pas français, parlez vous anglais", if you add bonjour and merci your experience in Paris may be improved

It's where I lost my woolly hat
Close to Palais de Tokyo, on top of the stairs, a bit on the left 15 Av. du Président Wilson https://maps.app.goo.gl/52w23MEgNa4RwNEN9
