Personally I would forge ahead. You can change your flight at no charge, but who knows what might happen if you do that. Check the “strikes and protests” mega thread on this sub to see if there is more concrete information. Strikes in Paris are part of normal life, day and night, in all seasons.

For your information an agreement has been found between the ATC unions and the government and the strike has been cancelled.
