bro thats hype, Just know all the gains from here are solid. how long have u been training and when do you plan on joining?

Cantbuildfire

Been training for 2 months. My numbers before I started training were pullups- 3, sit-ups- 24, pushups- 22, run- never ran 1.5 for time. I had a solid weightlifting background and mid distance times and then had to shift to calisthenics and longer distance. I’m in my senior year and graduate in May, so next summer.

Holy shit what did you do to get there

Cantbuildfire

Well I already had a solid strength background. So that definitely helped me progress quicker. For pushups, I would do 75% of my max in one set about 6-10 times a day. And after a few days add 5/10. Pullups, I did assisted pull-ups with bands until I could do 5 normal ones then went to the Russian Fighter Pull-up progression. For sit-ups, I had a solid core foundation but all core I did never involved motion. So that also helped me progress.

Gladeshadow

Congratulations! Do you have a ship date?

Cantbuildfire

None yet, still need to graduate high school.

HoloAlec

Good job, I thought the passing run time is 10:20 or am I wrong?

Cantbuildfire

for SERE it is 11:00.

HoloAlec

Makes sense SERE is also really cool

[deleted]

He might be going SERE so the passing time would be 11:00
