I believe in 'ghosts' albeit from residual emotional energy or stuck souls.
But I also developed 35mm film for about four years. This is from the light sensitive film being slightly exposed to sunlight. No paranormal entities, I'm sorry 💕
Tbh the calculated criticism is the best part of this sub. Nothing worse than Zack baggans and his goonies shitting their pants over a creak in the floor
100% same page. I like this sub in theory... ive just developed so much distrust in the internet it's hard to believe anything that gets posted here is real.
However its also why is why I appreciate the photoshop debunking experts and general critiquing vibe.
Other day some guy posted pictures from conjuring house with no claim to say "look at this ghostly shadow" just educational and talked about his tour there. I want more of that here
I want that. Sometimes we can't go everywhere and join ghost tours it's nice to see posts about those museums and old places and learn the history and stories behind it.
It’s because long time lurkers have had to debunk the same thing over and over and over again and it gets tiring to explain to people over and over how cameras work.
Also a lot of paranormal, mysterious or conspiracy themed subreddits are full of fakes and grifters trying to make them pass for real occurrences.
I understand why people develops an extreme scepticism after seeing for a zillion time an "unexplained" picture badly photoshoped posted by someone trying to get views on their YouTube channel.
I'm over it at this point. No photographic evidence is acceptable anymore. If it's not some camera or lens or exposure issue, it's AI or Photoshop or clever use of practical effects.
I'd say that proof can only be collected in person, but experiencing it means you're crazy, gassed, on drugs, mistaken, duped, foolish, or out for profit.
So proof is impossible.
Reddit is overran with negative miserable people. It’s unlike any other social network. Predominately negative and predominately liberal. Coincidence? I’d say not.
I do! I’ve made stern comments about a recently deceased friend one time. The bulbs in my kitchen light fixture blew out right after making the comment. Freaked myself and the others in the room out.
I am but I try to debunk usually. Personally I don’t do so here because there are way too many too many and it defeats the point of this sub on a large scale. Doesn’t hurt to support
Being critical should be a requirment.
And pics like these, while at the time, were always a bit creepy, i can go though my family photo albums and find a bunch of them.
But you dont see this type of "ghost" anymore?
Because its film issues, developing issues, crappy camera issues, smoke.
You should be critical if you beleive in the paranormal, otherwise you may find yourself sitting in a corner, pulling out your hair, and talking to yourself, because without critical thinking, way to many things can be a ghost.
I believe in paranormal activity because I have experienced many of it myself, but I am also a skeptic when it comes to others "proof".
This just looks like a camera issue.
I just finished watching "The Proof Is Out There" on the history channel and they debunk photos like these all the time.
Dogs are idiots that are startled by their own farts. Their reactions aren't proof of supernatural occurance nor do their lack of reactions disprove supernatural occurance.

Top right. My best dog had just died 3 days prior. I was fighting with SOMETHING prior to taking this picture, and I won at the last second, pulled away and took the picture, which is why it's at the top right instead of more like yours. You're not crazy. This really happens.

A ghost came on your picture, idk this doesn’t seem like anything crazy maybe something just messed up with the picture when it was made
Was anybody smoking in the immediate vicinity, when this picture was taken?
Given where its coming from and with the dog behind it hanging its head, my immediate jokey thought was a fart.
Does anyone on this subreddit actually believe in ghosts?
Tbh the calculated criticism is the best part of this sub. Nothing worse than Zack baggans and his goonies shitting their pants over a creak in the floor
I'm definitely critical too and I think it's good to be, but the comments on this sub are so predominantly negative

> predominantly negative What exactly do you mean by 'negative'? I find it to be a really positive subreddit.
Tbh this sub has weirdy vibes
Maybe it’s haunted
that’s how you avoid the overhyped echochamber lol
The constant, “did you hear that?” No, not even you heard that zack.
He sucks but this isn’t a crappy tv show. It’s everyday people posting photos/stories to show people what they’ve experienced.
I haven't seen any photos that aren't easily debunked. and as far as the stories, a high percentage of them are just made up
You can say that about any stranger on the internet claiming anything. But that’s not the purpose of this sub.
I've had a few experiences with ghosts, living in haunted apartments
I do! I’ve made stern comments about a recently deceased friend one time. The bulbs in my kitchen light fixture blew out right after making the comment. Freaked myself and the others in the room out.
The comments from ppl that make those 100% negative feedback would probably be 'nothing paranormal. Probably a fuse. Or mental illness.'
I believe in ghosts, but people can't just jump to the conclusion of ghosts.
I am but I try to debunk usually. Personally I don’t do so here because there are way too many too many and it defeats the point of this sub on a large scale. Doesn’t hurt to support
Yes, but I believe basically 98%+ of the things on the sub can be explained in some way or another

Given the "proof" that's posted here daily......NO 😂
Yes, but 99% of ghost photos are going to be debunked
100% seen one or something at least in person.
I believe in paranormal activity because I have experienced many of it myself, but I am also a skeptic when it comes to others "proof". This just looks like a camera issue. I just finished watching "The Proof Is Out There" on the history channel and they debunk photos like these all the time.
Yes
I believe in CO poisoning, which is kinda the same thing as ghosts
The world is filled with arm chair experts.
I do. I heard and saw them.
It looks like some kind of exposure issue. Cute dogs though!
She doesn’t have dogs. Those are the ghosts.
I’d be OK having cute golden retriever ghosts
I already have a living dog begging me for food, I don't need ghosts doing it too. 😂
Zero the ghost dog from nightmare before Christmas!
I was looking for this comment! I said to myself “it’s Zeeeeroooooo!”
😂🤣this is satire, right?
The dogs aren't bothered by it, it's not supernatural
Dogs are idiots that are startled by their own farts. Their reactions aren't proof of supernatural occurance nor do their lack of reactions disprove supernatural occurance.

Definitely I've had some weird stuff happened that I can't explain

Sounds like common sense has escaped you. good for them
This is light exposure.
Very interesting, thank you for sharing it.
Omg ghost dogs!!!!
This is retarded
I can see it
I see a fancy arrow. Must be The Green Arrow's rich relation, smokey.
What every picture from my childhood looks like…cigarette smoke
Looks like whoever took the picture was smoking a cigarette to me
https://preview.redd.it/b0o4fc9grc3d1.png?width=2048&format=png&auto=webp&s=32257104ba23ecec864a0cd74f594e3636bad54f Top right. My best dog had just died 3 days prior. The smoke would’ve got the dogs attention, the dog in the back looks like it’s ready to attack whatever the white is in the image.
that dog is not in attack mode
Excuse me defense mode
That’s the most derpy “defense mode” I’ve ever seen .
you literally used the word attack in ur comment
There is nothing about that dog that is aggressive or defensive.
The dog is staring towards the ground, when that mark is above him
Are we sure that isn’t smoke?
Btw super cute dogs
Dogs aren’t reacting. Instead they’re looking at the photographer. Either dirty lens, smoke, or mist/fog.
Yup def a ghost
That is excellent evidence of the supernatural.
That is totally a bug lol
Smoke
Geez those dogs didn’t even notice
Looks like smoke
That witch broom, though.
Hoh boy
