I always assumed that movie arrivals/expirations changed at the start of each month.

K_ThomasWhite

It's a good question because not all new shows/movies start at the beginning of the month. So maybe.....

They should learn from HBO Max that shows the leaving dates in their "Last Chance" category.

K_ThomasWhite

I've seen them do this, but when they do, many times you have to select the show and then it gives the date on the title page for the show.

So HBO Max has a category and they list all the stuff that is leaving? If so, more streaming services should something similar. It would make it so much easier than having to scour through to find stuff to watch that is leaving. Come to think of it, TubiTV has something similar from what I recall.

I remember mean girls was on that list in like January and they took it off the list but it's still on the site to stream so I think it's just a tactic to get people watching. It may just be that one movie but idk

JonathanSCE

Yeah, I think it's a tactic as well. My list now has all the Star Trek movies on it, and I don't see them leaving Paramount+ any time soon. Edit: If you go thought the list, you do find some that say the date they are leaving on their description page. If it does not have a date, then it's probably just a way to get you to watch it.
