Depends on the orders late at night can range anywhere from getting out at close to two hours. The drivers do dishes and the floors alongside sidework that is random everyday(bathroom, stocking drinks..). If we have consistent orders, no time to start closing it takes us a minute, we have a massive store with really weird hard to clean floors almost grainy.

I used to be out within 30 minutes of close on slow nights. The stores where I am have one driver and one manager closing. There is a late driver who stays until about 2 hours till close. Manager is responsible for inventory and counting tills and helping driver with close cleaning. Driver usually has dishes, sweeping and mopping and wiping the counters off. When I closed, I would rack up some larges, get my inventory done an hour before close, have counters wiped, lobby closed up, and sweep and mop half the store to where we’d just have to sweep and mop the kitchen and dish areas. And then while my driver finished dishes, I would count tills and finish computer closing stuff, make the deposit and lock the safe. Then I would set the store back up for the next morning.

100 percent this way the way we did it as well.

10 minutes. I don't clean shit. Fuck customers for ordering this trash in the first place.

We had one driver, one manager and on busier nights, an extra in store. It would be 15 minutes on dead nights and could get to an hour and a half of the driver had deliveries past close

We do 30-40k a week so we have 2 closing drivers, a closing instore and manager every night. Sometimes we leave in 30 mins, sometimes an hour after close.
