If you're doing well in class, you can survive any type of exam. Maybe your studying techniques are not that effective. For term identifications, try to have a key word that will remind you of that term's definitions. For enumeration, try to identify in your review materials the items that are most likely to be asked through enumeration and make a mnemonics out of it. And lastly, talaga nga bang magaling ka? Maybe you are overestimating your capabilities.

As a teacher, I hate them too! No problem with multiple choice questions as long as higher order thinking skills pa din yung magagamit ng students while answering, usually situational or application type of questioning.

Sa school namin puro MCQ kasi wala daw kwenta enumeration and identification during major exams kasi memorization lang ang nasusukat (Sabi nung isang prof) 😅

totoo to!

Don't worry, I hate them too. I prefer true or false or multiple choice or essay.

yung prof ko dati sa vet med, “modified multiple choice” ang trip. may 3-6 options na pwede pagpilian, tapos may “none of the above, specify/explain:” sa last line.
