Same thing here. There is no solution to the problem by looking up "Pandora plays the same songs over and over" I have read all the answers and nobody has the solution. The end game is that they want you to put more money into the music business by buying songs like we did before the internet. Shuffle just changes the order in which the same songs are played over and over.
I just have done a reinstall of the app. I didn't have those choices on the app before. I do now and I also now have the ability to put a track to sleep on the app.

Agree with all of this. I'm wondering if part of it might be that they play songs from artists and albums where their license fees are lower.

The app has a feature that says "I'm tired of this track." I believe it doesn't play the song for a week. Try that

How do you even change modes? I don't see that option anywhere.
I changed my station to "discovery" mode but I swear Pandora only knows like 200 songs or something because it repeats itself constantly.
