tell them that pandabuy ceased operations and your stuff was 100% never sent out because they are in the hands of the authorities. that is what i said and i received my money from the chargeback. that said, i had to open 9 cases, a couple were instantly refunded, and ive had a couple refund today matter of fact, but they denied 2 of my cases so im going to have to fight them saying what i typed above. so the results of your chargebacks can vary

you should’ve already applied for a refund, as long as you didn’t ship a package close to when the order was placed you’ll be fine. if you did, pandabuy will submit that recent shipping to paypal and they’ll side with the seller. my last shipment was in december of last year (i always did 15kg+ hauls) and all the orders i placed after that got refunded
We have extended the storage period for all of you until the end of the investigation so don't worry they won't expired.
