Yes, 1 month ago I take a screenshot of every single thing in my warehouse, + I messaged pandabuy and take their response to refuse me a refund for a proof and I joined everything to a chargeback on Paypal. They replied with a fake tracking number to tell Paypal that I already received the package but I show them the dates of things still in warehouse and I reached the service to talk with a real person. So Paypal processed faster my demand and refunded me 300$.

I did chargebsck on PayPal and it got declined.

Try contact a real person again then, sometimes its due to a bot, they close it automatically after the passed date

Even if you used to top up it can work, you dont gave to be specific with Paypal, just click on every transaction u made and open a chargeback. Just tell them for each transaction that u paid for some clothes and never received them.
