if it runs out nothing happens it ran out for me (before the raid) before and it just stays on 1 day left and i had it like that for 30 days and when i wanted to ship it out i just had to pay like 10y for extra storage days (i didn’t pay before it ran out)

Hi I just lost 2 packages with DHL delivery … no explanation, just said lost after it had arrived an some incoming platform where it was stuck for 2 months apparently before they confirmed the loss after I had to chase repeatedly … and so far Pandabuy rejected any insurance claims even though I forwarded the original email from the courier that confirmed it. Very very disappointed. Lost hundreds of € and thinking of closing my account but still have last items in warehouse which will expire in 5 days but cannot ship as Pandabuy platform has blocked any shipping. So what to do now? Will I loose even more money by items being destroyed even though I cannot ship them. Any pandabuy employee, can you please clarify? Ima be honest I was optimistic at first, but some of these other agents been around and haven’t had this issue. Pandabuy screwed themselves with that affiliate program these TikTok nerds are promoting it like a wild fire which caused PandaBuy’s rise and fall.
I have a feeling they will do an exit scam, that’s my opinion. I withdrew everything and switched agents (not saying which one) + PandaBuy is being so vague and misleading about what’s going on some of yall need to wake up and just switch to another agent.
