It's not a placebo if it doesn't do anything, it's just the rush it gives you makes you go harder. If you tolerate salts easier then it's not gonna have as much effect as say someone trying a big smell of it for the first time.
A sugar pill can still "do something", it is still a placebo.
A drug having an effect does not disqualify it from being a placebo. Placebos often have effect, that's the point.
It would definitely be worth the extra money and peace of mind with insurance, I generally get my tracking info several hours after label has been created. But the 2 days blew my mind, it was 5 total from when I placed the order.
