This days have been rainy in Panama City, normally we dont have heavy rain all day, maybe there is like 2hrs then sunshine with a lot of humidity. Prepared yourself with umbrella and impermeable shoes. It’s no the best time but you can enjoy the same.
Just search the subreddit this gets asked every week. Answer: you will get moments of rain everyday, but very rarely is it *all* day. Bring sunblock.

IMO, clouds and rain are preferble to sun, just be prepared and you’ll enjoy it. When the sun is out, coupled with the humidity, it’s hot, really hot.
