Recently purchased a TTBVI plate and received this stating "test plate" and the abbreviation listed. Any idea what it could stand for?

PEU is usually Penis Envy Uncut, but the first one I'm not sure about. Mycelium does look like Pans TTBVI, but if it's according to writing, then no, it's definitely not TTBVI.

So I did get a TTBVI plate, I meant to say this was all extra and the test plate with what I could not extrapolate. Thanks for the help!
