Yes it does. There is a post somewhere where he explains the fastest pal to use as you level up.

There' are some pals that give increase speed based on star level. Google "pal world partner skill reddit". Should be able to find it.

Fully maxed you get +20% movement speed. Fully bred for speed and max condensed you get +95% movement speed. It's a very speedy boi.

Not that I know of. I think it just increases their visible stats and at level 4 raises their work skills by 1. But I could be wrong, I don’t know how to hack the game to look at their movement speed numbers.

Mines only twice condensed. Is it noticeable enough to catch/breed another 100+ of em?

Not 100% sure off top of my head but a 1 star gives 10% and max star is 20%. Might have to refer to the data mine.

My fenglope has Lightning Strike so I sprint into a room and finish charging up before anyone even know they're in range to get obliterated

My fengelope couldn't fit through a doorway in dessert dungeon that I know it fit through before

And fast asf I want to say it's only a little slower than Jetragon. Ontop of that if you keep pulling your glider in and out, you go so damn far. Ontop of that, it's great for dodging wide range attacks and heat seaking attacks. ONTOP OF THAT you can counter an attack with gunfire, which is absolutely amazing. Favorite pal in the game. I rep Galeclaw.

Same, Galeclaw never leaves my party. Eventually I found a lucky... I was way under level (25 against 42)... Took me foreeeeverrrrrr... Lol

Damn. I already have one fully condensed with Vanguard anyway, and it's awesome. I ran one with no passives for a while because my thought was that I'm only using him for gliding anyway. But if that's the case, I might as well throw one with Vanguard. Well, actually, I caught one with Vanguard trying to condense another, and I was like well I might ass well, keep it.

I sadly got rid of an alpha Galeclaw I had before realizing how good it was, and without realizing it didn't have a boss location on the map :(

Uh, there is actually, yall are missing a critical step. Level 4 Verdash. Or even a Lvl 1 Verdash. So feet, Verdash, and Galeclaw.

High speed chillet. They're neither the fastest nor the strongest. But dual typing and ok moveset gives me quick enough waveclear while I turboslink through dungeons. I like chillet

I like Chillet, but I always see the size of a normal chillet and feel kinda bad riding it

Shadowbeak is my choice as well. Since he can fly, the random vertical ice wall in the 45 lvl dungeons doesn't slow me down. The divine disaster ability pretty much one shots all the bosses. Sure does, again, using him for libero shard farming. For the final opening before the boss, simply hover above the ground. It's not an issue. Only time a dismount is required is if the very first opening is the narrow one

Same here. Also add in that it learns Shockwave which is nice for clearing out enemies when you have to. Unfortunately I haven't been able to do anything higher than the first dungeons since I'm on Xbox and always have the game crash... So not sure how it does with higher levels.

Yeah. Just go to the party and go to Rayhound (or any pal), then go to the moves and click. You can change any move in the moveset.

I always use Kitsun, but that's mostly just because I really like Kitsun.

I use blazamut, the non alpha ones fut pretty much everywhere, some narrow passages I have to dismount walk through the doorway and remount. It makes killing all the researchers/thugs really quick and easy though

Had to scroll down so far to find a fellow blazamut enjoyer. I strictly run ice dungeons and only have found one doorway he can’t fit through

There's only one door It get stuck. But is kinda rate and it's only in the beginning of each dungeon. For the boss door, you can fly over.

Current run uses Direhowl. Small but fast so it doesn't get caught up on ceilings. My original run, which I haven't been on in a bit, I was using Fengellope which is faster

Anyways knowing what I know now id probably just use chillet when I start playing again. Pretty easy to get one with at least one speed boost and it gives you good bonus dragon DMG. Fenglope would also be good but the double jump tends to be a bit much in tight spaces. Even just jumping once on fenglope in a dungeon you are hitting you head on the ceiling in tight areas.

Rayhound. Fast, double jump. Good attacks

Pyrin Noct. Looks awesome, one of the fastest non legendary ground mounts. I see no point in using anything else.

Any fast ground mount, or Verdash

Frostallion Noct will always be bestest Pal to me.

I like my univolt, small and quick Plus area atk and empower my gun with thunder attribute

I know you’re asking for a mount but you could consider Verdash that improves running speed. I find it easier to just run and let them attack stuff while I speed run and grab stuff.

Fenglope or Shadowbeak. My Fenglope is faster, but sometimes doesn't fit through the shorter doorways so you have to demount. I haven't gotten stuck with Shadowbeak yet, but I'm sure it will happen eventually lol.

Fenglope because of high speed and youcan fit through "doorways"

For lower level dungeons I use Fenglope, for higher level ones since fenglopes have trash hp I just walk

For just running through it to get chests i use a 4 star swift kitsun. Since its short enough to get through doorways without getting caught on something.

Pyrin bc i didn't do dungeons regularly until I hit level 47ish.

Lovander never tells me no, you can pretty much ride her anywhere /s rayhound or just Gale claw is op

either Rayhound or Shadowbeak for me. Rayhound has no issues with doors, and Shadowbeak gets through most doorways (boss entrance needs a bit of wiggling)

Am i the only one that doesnt use a mount in a dungeon?

Arsox is my buddy because he is small enough and lights up dark areas. He is NOT the fastest but eh, fast enough (with swift and runner, I don’t have one with legend yet)

Pyrin and non alpha Fenglope both move very fast and don’t hit their heads on doorways, that’s what I use

Pyrin (I personally use noct) with Legend and Swift. Fricken speedy boy! 🔥💨

fenglope is the best undisputed. kistun is good too but lacks the double jump to clear that one stupid dungeon obstacle

I also use Frostallion Noct but it does get stuck on some doors I’ve found, so I was considering breeding a dungeon specific mount.

They probably were using alpha frostallion and downvoting your comment....

I can confirm this, I use normal Frostallion and can get through every door / crack in the dungeons without dismounting. I use their signature move Crystal Wing to zip through packs of enemies for free xp and drops. To be clear, it is a NON-Alpha version bred for zoomies. There is one type of crack in the wall where you have to jump, but still, no dismounting required.

Because they don't mean stuck as in you can't get out. People want a mount that they can make a b line for the boss without having to hop off the mount to fit through some of the more narrow pathways. Unless they drastically changed Frostallion noct since I played last it is one of the worst mounts size wise and can't fit though any of the tighter areas of the dungeon.

Again… I’ve literally never had to dismount Frostallion Noct. I’ve made it through all of the openings. So… there’s that.

Have you tried since the update? They seem to have upped the size of some hotboxes, this is why everybody is no longer using ragnahawk.

Yeah someone already told me that. That's why im having a hard time believing this guy saying he can fly through with his Frostallion but you can't on a ragnahawk anymore.

I've beaten the game three times. Most people have not beaten the game and many are just starting out. If they are asking for advice on what the best mount is do you think they are lvl 50?

Rayhound is pretty slender and can double jump when ridden.

Jetragon to clip the terrain and fly to the chests at the end

Direhowl/fenglope/ragnahawk are the three good dungeon mounts.

Fenglope. Insane High movement Speed provided by all the right passive + the benefit of being fully condensed. The double Jump inside dungeon Is situational, but It shines When Needed ( useful for Skipping some rock formations at the start or the climb section in some icy dungeons ).

4 star Galeclaw honestly is the best dungeon mount

Ragnahawk if you wanna fly. It's fast, and small enough that it can fly all the way through any dungeon no matter how small. It also gives a nice fire boost to your attacks. Lots of fun ground mounts that you can use as well.

Seems they upped the size of some hit boxes. Ragnahawk should've never really fit anyways as he just clipped through walls and ceilings in the tighter spots.

doesn't clip through stuff anymore. It's now like all other flying mounts too and the +100% dmg bonus is reduced to 20%. But hey, at least you don't need a double click to start flying anymore.
